A system for managing radio frequency exposure safety and facilitating communication between the system and stakeholders, such as transmission site owner, wireless service carrier, tower company, worker, employer, first responder, regulatory agency, government entity, insurance carrier, and member of the public. The system can include a computer accessible database consisting of hundreds of thousands of wireless sites and their unique characteristics, including site specific RF safety plans, MPE maps of radio frequency radiation and site compliance records. The system includes modules that interface with the stakeholders in which the modules receive data from the stakeholders and transmits data to the stakeholders using various method and channels of communication. The system is specifically used to communicate with all stakeholders while capturing new sites, updating existing sites, enabling and tracking site power downs, providing site specific RF safety programs, providing RF safety training and auditing site compliance, and other functions.

KNOWLEDGE-GRAPH-DRIVEN RECOMMENDATION OF CAREER PATH TRANSITIONS

The disclosed embodiments provide a system for processing data. During operation, the system obtains a knowledge graph containing a set of job transitions for members of an online network. Next, the system receives a career path query for a member of the online network. The system then uses member features for the member and parameters of the career path query to identify one or more paths in the knowledge graph that match the career path query. Finally, the system outputs the one or more paths in a result of the career path query

Career path navigation

In various example embodiments, a system and method for career path navigation are presented. A request to identify a set of positions sequentially related to an origin position may be received. The request may be associated with a user of a social network service. Member profiles from among a plurality of member profiles of the social network service may be identified based on the origin position. A plurality of positions may be extracted from the identified member profiles. The set of positions may be determined from among the extracted plurality of positions based on a sequential relationship between the origin position and respective positions of the extracted plurality of positions. At least a portion of the set of positions may be caused to be presented to the user.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR EFFICIENTLY DETERMINING TARGETED TRAINING OBJECTIVES FOR NEW HIRES

The present disclosure provides systems and methods for efficiently determining targeting training objectives for new hires. Employee performance is initially captured to provide a baseline performance, and is utilized, along with targeted performance goals, to determine an expected timeline for when an employee will reach a target performance threshold. This timeline can be used to generate SMART objectives (Specific agent attributes that can be Measured in their growth, which are Attainable and are Resource and Time bound), provide attainable goals and targets for employees, and develop a realistic and concrete training plan to implement.

Tracking digital credential usage in a sensor-monitored environment

Techniques described herein relate to tracking and analyzing digital credential usage in sensor-monitored environments. A digital credential platform server may receive data identifying credential receivers, and then retrieve the digital credentials generated and issued to the credential receivers. The digital credential platform server may then determine sets of physical activities associated with the digital credentials issued to a credential receiver, and may use sensor-based monitoring systems to detect the user actions of the credential receiver and compare those actions to the physical activities associated with the credentials. Comparisons between the user actions detected for the credential receiver, and the physical activities associated with the receiver's credentials, may be used to determine re-credentialing time periods, credential expiration times, and the like.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING STUDYING OF INCORRECTLY ANSWERED QUESTION
20190251857 · 2019-08-15 ·

Disclosed are a device and method for providing a checking question designed to allow a user to perform the checking study of correct answers or incorrect answers by using the choices of one or more incorrectly answered questions. The device includes: an incorrectly answered question selection unit which selects one or more questions incorrectly answered by a user from among questions provided to the user; a choice extraction unit which extracts correct answers as choices for the respective selected incorrectly answered questions; a checking question generation unit which generates one or more checking questions designed to allow the user to study the incorrectly answered questions by allocating the extracted choices so that the extracted choices become the choices of the checking questions; and a checking study provision unit which provides the study of the incorrectly answered questions by transmitting the generated checking questions to a user terminal.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF VERIFYING CREDENTIALS OF AIRCRAFT PERSONNEL USING A BLOCKCHAIN COMPUTER SYSTEM
20190251573 · 2019-08-15 ·

A system is provided that includes a blockchain computer system, an issuer computer system, and a verifier computer system. Different nodes of the blockchain computer system are associated with the issuer and verifier computer systems. The issuer computer system and the node of the blockchain computer system associated therewith generate and submit blockchain transactions that contain data for aircraft personnel certifications. The aircraft personnel certifications are stored on the blockchain and may be later retrieved by the verifier computer system and its associated node of the blockchain computer system. Accordingly, the certifications of aircraft personnel can be maintained and verified. The system ensures the digital certifications are authentic and have not been tampered with.

Identifying patterns of learning content consumption across multiple entities and automatically determining a customized learning plan based on the patterns

Identifying one or more patterns of content consumption across multiple entities and determining an engagement action for a user of an entity based on the patterns may include receiving information associated with content, cross-industry user data associated with consumption of the content, and a given organization user data associated with consumption of the content. A first set of consumption profile vectors associated with the given organization and one or more second set of consumption profile vectors associated respectively with one or more cross-industry organizations may be generated. Information associated with a target user in the given organization may be received. A customized learning plan for the target user in the given organization may be generated based on the first set of consumption profile vectors, the one or more second set of consumption profile vectors, and the information associated with the target user.
