SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR RECOMMENDING INDIVIDUALS FOR OPEN ROLES
20230245013 · 2023-08-03 ·

A system for recommending individuals for open roles includes one or more computing devices and a server that communicate over a network. The server is configured to store information for the system, the information including at least one of organization data, user data and historical information pertaining to individuals that followed pre-determined paths or developed pre-determined competencies; and implement at least an analytics engine. The analytics engine is configurable to: determine an organizational need; determine a set of one or more individuals that could thrive in a role targeted to the determined organization need; and generate a recommendation of individuals suitable for roles targeted to the organizational need based in part on the analysis of the organizational need and the set of one or more individuals.

CAREER TOOLS BASED ON CAREER TRANSITIONS

Methods, systems, and computer programs are provided for presenting career information based on career transitions of members. One method comprises generating, using a machine-learning (ML) model, an embedding for a current job position of a member of an online service. The model is obtained by training a ML program with training data for job transitions of members. Further, the method includes generating, by the ML model, embeddings for career transitions, of members of the online service, that occurred within a predetermined time period. For each career transition, a similarity value is calculated between the embedding of the career transition and the embedding for the current job position. Further, the method includes operations for ranking the career transitions based on the similarity values, generating a career insight for the member based on the ranked career transitions, and causing presentation of the career insight on a user interface.

Inferring appropriate courses for recommendation based on member characteristics

A system and method for inferring appropriate courses for recommendation based on member characteristics is disclosed. A social networking system receives a request for recommended courses, wherein the request is associated with a member of the social networking system. The social networking system identifies a group of members who are similar to the first member. The social networking system creates a list of recently learned skills by members of the group of members similar to the member. For a particular skill in the list of skills, the social networking system determines whether the member possesses the particular skill. In accordance with a determination that the member does not possess the particular skill, the social networking system identifies at least one course that teaches the particular skill from a list of courses. The social networking system transmits the identified course to the client device for display as a recommended course.

INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE, INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD, AND INFORMATION PROCESSING PROGRAM

An information processing device (1) including a control unit (2) configured to: store, in a block chain (BC), a common key by using which information on a document including sensitive information on a user is encrypted; and based on information on the common key stored in the block chain (BC), display a submission status of the document on a screen of a user terminal (10) that is used by the user.

CORRELATING EDUCATION PROGRAMS AND EMPLOYMENT OBJECTIVES

Embodiments are directed to managing data correlation over a network. Student information may be provided. Position information based on potential employers may be provided. Student profiles may be generated based on translation models and the student information. The student information may be translated into unified facts included in the student profiles. Position profiles may be generated based on the translation models and the position information. The position information may be translated into other unified facts in the position profiles. The student profiles may be correlated with the position profiles based on recommendation models, the unified facts, and the other unified facts. Each student profile and position profile pair may be associated with a score based on a strength of the correlation. Reports may be provided that include each pair of the student profile. A plurality of pairs may be ordered based on the score associated with each pair.

Workstation for neurobiological disorder health professionals

A workstation for neurobiological disorder health professionals that aids professionals tracking, evaluating and archiving clinical and educational progress through a web application using 360-degree video. The invention allows for organized communication between internal and external resources of an institution to tackle patient/student needs that merit immediate attention from specialists either in an individual or group setting. For additional expertise in acute cases, the institution can get access to consult with specialists around the world through the invention's directory of professionals. The invention allows clinical supervisors to train staff and ensure consistency in therapeutic interventions and evaluations, as well as supervisors in a school setting for consistency in educational programming. The invention also accelerates staff training time through targeted supervision.

MENTORING TOOL

The present invention relates to an online mentoring tool. The tool is configured to assign a goal to be performed to a mentee at a promotional level. Further, the tool receives, from a mentor, scoring of the mentee in achieving the goal. The tool is also configured to promote the mentee to a higher promotional level using the scoring. Advantageously, the structured assigning and scoring is of benefit to the mentee during mentoring, and promotion of the mentee in this structured environment increases the perceived value of the mentee so that the mentee can gain improved access to in-demand mentors.

Method and Device for Intelligently Providing Recommendation Information

Various embodiments include methods for intelligently providing recommendation information. For example, the method may include: determining user attribute parameters corresponding to a user identifier; determining a score value corresponding to the user identifier by inputting the user attribute parameters into a scoring model; determining recommendation information corresponding to the user identifier based on the score value and a knowledge graph related to the user; and providing the recommended information.

Systems and methods for training a user to label, plan, and code digital files for three-dimensional garment design are provided. Systems and methods regarding a training and recruitment paradigm delivered over mobile to upskill users with manufacturing skills and then staff a newly reshored manufacturing industry over time are also provided.

UTILIZING SIMILARITY, KNOWLEDGE GRAPHS, AND MACHINE LEARNING MODELS TO REFINE/REDEFINE A TARGET SKILL PROFILE BASED ON SKILLS DATA FROM EMPLOYEES OF AN ENTITY AND ACTIVATE A RECOMMENDATION SYSTEM

A device may receive employee data associated with an employee, and may determine, from the employee data, skill data identifying skills of the employee. The device may process the employee data and the skill data, with a similarity model, to determine similarity scores between the skills of the skill data, and may add or remove one or more skills to or from the skill data for predefined target skill profile categories to generate modified skill data. The device may compare the similarity scores and a predefined threshold to determine anchor skill data from the modified skill data, and may group the anchor skill data for corresponding pluralities of the predefined target skill profile categories to generate groups of the anchor skill data. The device may process the groups and the similarity scores, with a clustering model, to generate clustered anchor skill data, and may perform actions based on the clustered anchor skill data.
