20210133976 · 2021-05-06 ·

Various methods and systems are provided for comparison of medical scan images during functional imaging evaluation. In one example, structural similarity between a first scan image and a second scan image of a lesion may be determined by implementing a deep learning model including plurality of neural networks trained with base structures and different perturbations of base structures, and ranking structural similarity based on a selected neural network model trained with perturbations of base structures corresponding to the structural difference between the first and second scan images.

NON-INVASIVE DETECTION OF INGESTED MEDICATIONS

A method for non-invasive detection of ingested medication which provide for one or more processors to receive images of medications designated for a user prior to ingestion of the medications by the user. The one or more processors capture an ultrasound image during ingestion by the user by an ultrasound device removably adhered to a throat area of the user. The one or more processors determine whether contents of the ingestion by the user includes one or more of the medications designated for the user, and responsive to determining the contents of the ingestion by the user includes one or more of the medications designated for the user, the one or more processors generate a confirmation that includes identification of the detected medications ingested by the user.

METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PHYSIOLOGICAL FUNCTIONAL PARAMETER DETERMINATION

The present invention relates to a determination of a physiological functional parameter of a living being. Ultrasound image data and Doppler image data of a vessel structure are provided (101) and registered (102). The vessel structure is segmented (103) to generate (104) a representation of the vessel structure. The flow velocity inside a vessel of the vessel structure is determined (105) based on the Doppler image data. A physiological functional parameter determination model defining a value of a functional physiological parameter in dependence of a representation of a vessel structure and a flow velocity inside a vessel of the vessel structure is used (106) to determine (107) the physiological functional parameter inside the vessel of the vessel structure. The representation of the vessel structure and/or the flow velocity values can be constantly updated upon receipt of further input images to provide an estimation of the functional physiological parameter in real-time.

Method and device for identifying pathological picture

The invention discloses a method and a device for identifying pathological pictures, wherein the method comprises: obtaining sample data including a positive sample that is a pathological picture of malignant lesion and a negative sample that is a picture of normal tissue or a pathological picture of benign lesion, with a lesion area marked on the pathological picture of a malignant lesion; dividing the sample data into a training set and a testing set; training a deep neural network model using the training set; testing a trained deep neural network model using the testing set; adjusting parameters of the trained deep neural network model according to a testing result; identifying the pathological picture using the trained deep neural network model. The invention can improve the efficiency and accuracy of pathological picture identification.

METHOD FOR ANALYSING A DENTAL SITUATION

A device including a camera, a processing unit and a screen. The camera configured to, at an updated instant, acquire, by a cellphone or a tablet, an updated image representing a real dental scene. The processing unit configured to determine a virtual dental scene as a representation of the real scene on the updated image and identify an element of the virtual scene which does not comply with an assessment criterion, and highlighting and/or adding a message regarding this element in the virtual scene. The screen configured to display the updated image and present the virtual scene overlaid with the representation of the real scene on the updated image displayed on the screen, in transparent mode or not on the representation. The processing unit, the camera and the screen are configured to communicate with one another. The patient acquires the updated image and observes the screen.

20230404525 · 2023-12-21 ·

Devices, systems, and methods for visually depicting a vessel and evaluating a physiological condition of the vessel are disclosed. One embodiment includes obtaining, at a first time, a first image of the vessel, the image being in a first medical modality, and obtaining, at a second time subsequent to the first time, a second image of the vessel, the image being in the first medical modality. The method also includes spatially co-registering the first and second images and outputting a visual representation of the co-registered first and second images on a display. Further, the method includes determining a physiological difference between the vessel at the first time and the vessel at the second time based on the co-registered first and second images, and evaluating the physiological condition of the vessel of the patient based on the determined physiological difference.
