Control System For A Motor Vehicle And Method For Controlling At Least One Vehicle Function Of A Motor Vehicle
The disclosure relates to a control system for a motor vehicle. The control system includes at least a detection device which detects by wireless transmission at least one position of respective portable key elements relative to the motor vehicle and which determines by wireless transmission for which of the respective portable key elements the position has been detected. A control device controls respective vehicle functions in dependence on the respective detected position of a first key element and/or a second key element, and the control device controls respective vehicle functions for substantially equal positions of the first and second key elements with a first parameter set in case of the first key element and to control respective vehicle functions with a second parameter set in case of the second key element. The first parameter set and the second parameter set differ from each other.
VEHICLE DOOR LOCKING AND UNLOCKING VEHICLE-MOUNTED DEVICE, VEHICLE INCLUDING VEHICLE-MOUNTED DEVICE, AND VEHICLE DOOR LOCKING AND UNLOCKING SYSTEM INCLUDING VEHICLE-MOUNTED DEVICE
A vehicle door locking and unlocking vehicle-mounted device is provided to lock and unlock a vehicle door for car rental and carsharing. The vehicle-mounted device can lock and unlock a vehicle door without using an ECU on the vehicle or CAN. The vehicle door locking and unlocking vehicle-mounted device includes communication means for receiving a lock command or an unlock command from a user terminal directly or through a server and at least one internal relay connected to wiring between a door key switch and a door lock actuator of the vehicle. The internal relay controls at least one external relay to drive the door lock actuator to lock or unlock the door.
Locking and unlocking control system and locking and unlocking control method
A locking and unlocking control system includes: a first information acquisition part configured to acquire presence information as to whether a parcel associated with a first user is present in a predetermined region defined in a vehicle or a facility, the predetermined region having a door configured to be locked and unlocked through a locking and unlocking process performed by a locking and unlocking control device; and a locking and unlocking control part configured to execute a predetermined process so as not to permit unlocking of the door by a second user when the locking and unlocking control part determines based on the presence information that the parcel is present in the predetermined region and when the door is locked.
Method for secure access to a motor vehicle
A method for securely accessing a motor vehicle whose opening elements are locked and unlocked through wireless communication between a portable access device and an access control module on board the vehicle. The method includes authenticating the device with the access control module, unlocking the vehicle when the device has been authenticated, periodically transmitting, by way of the access control module, an interrogation signal into at least part of the passenger compartment of the vehicle intended for the device following unlocking of the vehicle, upon each reception by the device of said interrogation signal, triggering a first timeout the duration of which is greater than the transmission period of the interrogation signal, and deactivating the device when the first timeout has expired and the immobile state of the device is detected.
CONTROL SYSTEM OF MARINE VESSEL AND PORTABLE DEVICE FOR MARINE VESSEL
A control system of a marine vessel includes a portable device and a receiving device. The portable device transmits a switch control signal to the receiving device based on an input operation. The control system of the marine vessel performs an authentication control process based on an authentication signal from the portable device, and controls opening or closing of a current path based on the switch control signal from the portable device.
RFID scanning device
Systems, devices and methods for performing inventory management using RFID technology. The system includes a double-door box for receiving one or more items containing RFID tags. Items are scanned against a baseline content data to confirm all items are present and whether any items have expired. The box has security features to prevent unauthorized access to its contents and create an audit trail of access. Access to the box may be granted when two users present separate authorized RFID-enabled cards, wrist bands, or other items. Multiple locking features provide for additional security. A drop box mechanism on top of the housing allows for items to be deposited into the box without the same security protocols needed for accessing items. Scanning, authorization, and notification functions may be controlled remotely by an outside server or locally by a processing unit contained within the box itself.
Control switch connection apparatus
The present invention relates to a method that allows a CSCA to enable an iFOB key system once it is turned on by pressing a function button. When the function button is released, the iFOB key system is turned off. The iFOB key system includes the ERFTS, so when the iFOB key system is turned on/off, the ERFTS is also turned on/off. The embodiment of the CSCA has a double-action switch, a triple-action switch, a timer, a timer circuit and all of the circuitries that are associated with an iFOB key. The CSCA controls the length of time that current is allowed to flow from a battery source to an iFOB key system; it is this type of control that prevents an ERFTS and a customer's property from being compromised. The iFOB key system is always in the off position until it is turned on.
