Inspection system, inspecting device, and gaming chip
An inspection system of a chip includes a reading device and a determining unit. The reading device is configured to count a number of chips stored in a storage case, the chips associated with a table game and including a chip having a radio tag, read the radio tag while the chips are stored in the storage case, and acquire chip information. The determining unit is configured to compare the chip information of the chips in the storage case with a physical number of the chips in the storage case, determine that there is an abnormal chips among the chips stored in the storage case based on a determination that the counted number of the chips does not match a physical number of the chips in the storage case, and output a result associated with an indication of the abnormal chip.

A computing device for gaming by patrons. An identification acceptor may scan an identification document into digital form. A biological sensor such as a camera may obtain biological data describing a human patron. Input-output device(s) mounted in the computing device may present information and accept registration/login information and gaming commands from a human patron. A currency acceptor and dispenser may accept money. The computing device may ask a patron to insert an identification document into the identification acceptor and scan the document. The computing device may obtain biological data describing the patron. The computing device may verify the identity of the patron and acceptability of the patron for gaming based at least in part on the digital form of the patron's identification and the biological data. The computing device may accept currency for deposit into a wagering account. Once the patron is verified and the account is funded, the computing device may offer gaming activities to the verified patron out of the wagering account and pay out gaming winnings at the currency dispenser.

The apparatus provides, via the electronic forum, player performance tracking data and betting activity information or betting market activity information. The player performance tracking data is obtained by an optical camera. a local positioning, or a GPS/GNSS, player performance tracking system.

Systems and methods directed to managing computer resource allocation by monitoring signals indicating demand for services utilizing computer resources are described. A method includes maintaining, for each first event of first events, historical registration data and respective parameter values of the first event and identifying, for a second event having an open registration status, respective parameter values of the second event, and registration data for the second event. The method includes computing a similarity score between the second event and each first event of the plurality of first events, based on the respective parameter values of the first event and the second event and the registration data of the second event and the historical registration data of the first event, generating, for the second event, a projected number of entities based on determined information and determining a ranking of the second event.
Gaming systems and methods for adaptable player area monitoring
A gaming machine includes at least one image sensor for capturing an image including a player area associated with the gaming machine and logic circuitry in communication with the image sensor. The logic circuitry establishes a facial image mask defining an area of interest within the player area, receives the captured image from the image sensor, applies the facial image mask to the captured image to extract player image data from the captured image data, detects any faces within the player image data, compares, in response to detecting a face of a player within the player image data, the detected face with a player database to identify a player account associated with the player, and links, in response to identifying a matching player account based on the comparison, the matching player account to activities of the player at the gaming machine.

A particular embodiment includes: a gaming system configured to: provide a virtual deck of cards, wherein a plurality of virtual cards in the deck have been selected from a virtual pool of cards, wherein each of the plurality of virtual cards comprise identifying information and real-life statistics related to an athlete’s actions in real-life sporting events, wherein each of the plurality of virtual cards further comprise information indicative of: 1) an athlete’s name, 2) a name of a team for which an athlete plays, 3) a value of the virtual card determined by fantasy points a corresponding athlete is worth, 4) a position played by an athlete, and 5) bonus points or multipliers corresponding to the virtual card, the plurality of virtual cards in the deck have been selected from the virtual pool of cards to maintain a probability of the virtual cards in the deck generating a winning total based on real-life statistics of selected virtual cards in the deck within a pre-determined range, each of the plurality of virtual cards further comprise readable information indicative of a color of the card; randomly present at least three virtual cards in a bloc face up from the virtual deck of cards to a plurality of players; prompt the plurality of players to bid on the presented bloc of virtual cards or fold and exit a current round; accept bids from the plurality of players; and award the presented bloc of virtual cards to a winning player of the plurality of players with a best bid.

Methods, systems, processes and others are provided for digital administration of gaming units including, for example, receiving a real-time request for gaming units; determining that the gaming unit administration application executing on the mobile device is located at the particular gaming location of the gaming establishment; determining that the real-time request for gaming units does not exceed the gaming unit limit of the account pre-approved by the gaming establishment; identifying a gamer distribution module associated with the particular gaming location for the current gaming activity associated with the request; and providing an authorization to distribute to the gamer associated with the request one or more requested gaming units.
Multi-channel communication of data files
A system, apparatus, and method for communicating Bluetooth keys is described. The system and method utilize a gateway apparatus that is communicates coupled to a cloud component over a first network channel, and communicates a gateway key over a local wireless Bluetooth channel. The gateway includes a processor, a memory, a fixed location, and a local broadcast range associated with an area surrounding the fixed location. The cloud component registers the gateway and a mobile wireless device having a processor and memory. When the mobile wireless device is within the local broadcast range of the gateway, the mobile wireless receives the gateway key over the local wireless channel. Upon receiving the gateway key, the mobile wireless device communicates a device key over the local wireless channel to the gateway. The gateway then communicates the received device key along the first network channel to the cloud component, and the mobile wireless device communicates the received gateway key over a second network channel to the cloud component. The cloud component then records the received gateway key with an associated receipt time and the received device key with an associated receipt time in a database.
