A computer implemented game involving analytics and real time data analysis. The game can allow players to predict and wager on the types of plays that have yet to occur, for example, in a football game. The game may utilize an algorithm that compares situational data in a game to stored data regarding similar situations in past games. The game can then provide a likelihood that a certain type of play can be performed, which may be interpreted as odds of a certain type of play. Users can then utilize this information to predict and wager on the upcoming play. Depending on the results of the play, users may win or lose their wager.

In another type of gaming event, a player may be given one or more cards with gridded fields and try to match numbers or indicia that are randomly drawn. Play of the gaming event may continue in multiple rounds or stages where a next stage is reached by obtaining a continuation trigger on one or more of the player cards during a present round of the gaming event.

The method also includes determining an event associated with the game based on the game state data, determining at least one cutscene based on the event, the at least one cutscene including a visual representation of the event, and inserting the at least one cutscene into a cutscene queue, the cutscene queue including at least one cutscene associated with the game and a sequence for displaying the at least one cutscene from the cutscene queue.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR INTERACTIVE GAMING
A computer implemented interactive gaming tournament system includes selecting, by a user, a game server and an entrance fee for a gaming match and submitting an entrance request that identifies the game server. The system includes sending a request for validation from a payment acceptance platform in response to receiving the entrance request and sending match population content to the game server in response to receiving validation from the payment acceptance platform that confirms a user account contains funds that are equal to or greater than the entrance fee. The system includes determining a payout amount in response to receiving a tournament endgame report from the game server and authenticating payment information for the user account and distributing the payout amount from a payment distribution platform to the user account if the payout amount is greater than zero and the user account is authenticated.

An electronic gaming machine includes a game display having a graphical user interface (GUI). A game controller is in communication with the game display. The game controller controls the GUI to present a selectable tournament button that causes the player to enter a game tournament, displays a plurality of selectable tournament game options for the game tournament, receives a tournament game selection response indicating a selected one of the options, displays the selected tournament game, displays at the GUI during the selected tournament game, an exit button that returns the display to the base game and maintains player progress in the selected tournament game, re-displays the tournament button upon returning to the base game, the re-displayed tournament button enables the player to return to the selected tournament game with the maintained player progress, and displays a prompt to card-in, and provide an enhanced return to player (RTP).
