SWIMSUIT WITH LEFT-HANDED OPENING MECHANISM
A swimsuit having a torso-covering section extending from a bustline to a hemline. The torso-covering section will have an opening mechanism on the front panel that extends from a first point on the bustline in a diagonal direction to a second point on the hemline. The torso-covering section is defined by front, back, left, and right panels. The point on the hemline is situated on an opposite side of the wearer than the point on the bustline. The opening mechanism has a starting point situated on a wearer's leg cuff on one side of the wearer's body to an ending point on the wearer's bustline on the side of the body opposite to the leg cuff, for example the starting point is on the left leg cuff and the ending point or terminus is on the bustline on the right side of the wearer.

Swimwear garment with opening mechanism
A swimsuit garment having a shoulder securing means connected to a torso-covering section extending from a bustline to a hemline. The torso-covering section will have an opening mechanism extending from a terminus point on the bustline in a diagonal direction to a starting point on the hemline. The starting point on the hemline is situated on an opposite side of the terminus on the bustline. Further, the torso-covering section is connected to a back-covering section. The opening mechanism may be situated diagonally, with a starting point situated on a wearer's leg cuff on one side of the wearer's body to an ending point on the wearer's bustline on the side of the body opposite to the leg cuff, for example the starting point is on the left leg cuff and the ending point or terminus is on the bustline on the wearer's right-side.

An article of apparel including an integrated fabric system, with or without strategically-placed weighting and/or elastic resistant materials, which optimizes conditioning, strengthening, endurance, enhancement, training, performance, functional longevity, benefits of daily activity, movement therapy, and/or other diverse medical and/or therapeutic uses, and, all while reducing the possibility of injury. The article enables the user to receive medical and/or therapeutic benefits and to increase production of kinetic energy, through weighted and/or elastic resistance, as required by the user's particularized needs. The user may benefit from the medical/therapeutic properties during periods of activity or inactivity. Benefits are achieved through the integration of fabrics and strategically-placed weighting and/or elastic resistance materials into the article based upon the kinetic energy created, necessitated, and/or dissipated by a specific movement(s) and/or medical or therapeutic requirements.
Micro hook-and-loop closure system
An article or garment comprising a micro hook-and-loop closure system is provided herein. The article comprises at least one extremity-covering portion. The distal end of the extremity-covering portion comprises a first textile at an outer-facing surface and a second textile at an inner-facing surface. The second textile includes micro hook or micro loop materials that releasably mate with complementary micro hook or micro loop materials of the first textile in order to place the micro hook-and-loop closure system in a closed configuration. The placement, size, and shape of each of the first and second textiles, as extending from a distal end toward a proximal end of the article, enable the article or garment to be expediently and comfortably donned and doffed.
PRIVACY APPAREL
Techniques are disclosed relating to apparel that incorporates features to facilitate changing. In some embodiments, a garment includes a garment structure formed of a fabric material. The garment structure includes a front portion operable to cover a front portion of a wearer's body and a back portion operable to cover a back portion of the wearer's body. The garment includes a first fastener mechanism extending along a first body side of the garment structure. The first fastener mechanism is operable by the wearer to join the front portion to the back portion to create a torso opening for the wearer. The garment further includes a second fastener mechanism extending along an inseam of the garment structure. The second fastener mechanism is operable by the wearer to join the front portion to the back portion to create a first leg opening and a second leg opening for the wearer.
Total Protection Garment Fold
A folded article formed from a protective garment, and a method of folding a protective garment to prepare the garment for donning, expose sleeve openings of the garment for ease of donning. The protective garment is folded into a folded article that is configured to be grasped by an inner surface of the garment and prevent touching the outer surface of the garment during donning. Thus, the sterility of the protective garment can be maintained during donning. The protective garment may further include a hood and visor, and the folded article formed from the protective garment may have the same size and shape as the visor.
GARMENT WITH CONVERTIBLE ARM SLEEVES
A garment worn on the upper body is disclosed wherein the garment has partially but permanently attached convertible arm sleeves allowing wearing of the garment in a sleeves-on configuration or in a sleeves-off configuration, said arm sleeves always remaining partially attached to a garment body of the garment, and wherein the arm sleeves in the sleeves-off configuration can be left loose, folded, tied or otherwise secured on the garment, or to one another.
GARMENT FOR USE WITH SEAT RESTRAINTS AND METHOD OF USE THEREFOR
A garment is configured to facilitate wearing by an occupant of a seat assembly with a plurality of shoulder straps, such as a wheelchair or child car seat. The garment has an inner surface, an outer surface, and defines a slot that extends from the inner surface to the outer surface. The slot is sufficiently sized and positioned such that the shoulder straps are insertable through the slot when the garment is on the seating assembly.
PROTECTIVE CLOTHING
Provided is a protective garment that ensures facilitated doffing. A protective garment 10 according to one embodiment includes an upper part 12 of the garment, a lower part 14 of the garment, and an open/close portion 24. The upper part 12 of the garment includes a body portion 16, a pair of sleeve portions 18a, 18b, and a hood portion 20. The lower part 14 of the garment is connected to the upper part of garment. The open/close portion 24 is formed in a front body portion 16a of the body portion for donning and doffing the protective garment. A stretchable portion 32 is formed in a boundary between a back body portion of the body portion and the hood portion.
