PLANT LABEL AND TAG AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING
A plant label has a substrate and a permanent adhesive layer on a release liner. An identifier portion of the substrate and a tag portion of the substrate are defined by a detach line that enables the tag portion to be detached from the identifier portion. The tag portion has an adhesive deadener on the permanent adhesive layer, a strip of the permanent adhesive layer of the detachable portion free of adhesive deadener, and a tab having only adhesive deadener on the permanent adhesive layer that enables the tag portion to be detached from the identifier portion and from a container to which the label is affixed.
SHEET-LIKE ARTICLE
A unitary sheet-like article has a material sheet and an elastic sheet. The material sheet includes a first thickness and a first edge, The elastic sheet includes a second thickness that is greater than the first thickness and includes an aperture and a second edge. The material sheet and the elastic sheet overlap at an overlap portion defined between the first and second edges. The material sheet and the elastic sheet are bonded together at the overlap portion.
LABELING ARTICLE WITH ENCAPSULATED TAG END
A method is described for forming a plurality of articles. The method includes creasing a tag substrate between first and second ends to form a first fold, wherein a first bent portion is defined between the first end and the first fold; lifting the first bent portion away from the central span to initiate elastomer to flow under the first bent portion; disposing the elastomer on at least a portion of a central span of the tag substrate; and bonding the elastomer to the tag substrate at a first connection zone, wherein a first elastomer portion extends along a rear surface of the first bent portion and a second elastomer portion extends along a front surface of the first bent portion.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR TRACKING ONE OR MORE PLANTS AND/OR PLANT BASED PRODUCTS AND/OR TRACKING THE SALE OF PRODUCTS DERIVED FROM THE SAME, UTILIZING RFID TECHNOLOGY
This invention is for tracking at least one plant. A method of this invention comprises: putting at least one seed or at least one stem in a corresponding at least one pot; positioning a corresponding at least one RFID tag with respect to the seed or stem in a manner, wherein the RFID tag comprises a RFID label and a strap; provisioning the RFID label; packaging a harvested material into a packaged product and attaching the RFID tag from the potted plant, or a product RFID tag that is associated with the plurality of tags to the packaged product; confirming a request for authorization by a RFID buy card; and after confirming ID information, transferring at least one product.
Method for manufacturing a labeling article with an encapsulated tag end
A method is described for forming a plurality of articles. The method includes creasing a tag substrate between first and second ends to form a first fold, wherein a first bent portion is defined between the first end and the first fold; lifting the first bent portion away from the central span to initiate elastomer to flow under the first bent portion; disposing the elastomer on at least a portion of a central span of the tag substrate; and bonding the elastomer to the tag substrate at a first connection zone, wherein a first elastomer portion extends along a rear surface of the first bent portion and a second elastomer portion extends along a front surface of the first bent portion.

HORTICULTURE FASTENER
A fastener device adapted for attaching at least one tag (or other identifier) to an object. The fastener device comprises a T-bar component, a paddle component, and a filament component flexibly attached to both the T-bar component on one end and the paddle component on the other end. In some embodiments, the fastener device is deployable via a fastener dispensing device comprising a needle designed to puncture a hole in at least one tag and the object while also inserting the T-bar component through the hole. Once inserted, the paddle component exerts a cantilever spring force against at least one tag holding the tag(s) securely against the object.
PLANT IDENTIFICATION HOLDER
A plant identification holder that comprises a base portion that includes a sign-retention receptacle configured to selectively retain a plant identification sign. The plant identification holder also includes an anchor portion that includes at least one anchor coupled to and extending from the base portion.
Device for forming pattern on surface of fruiting vegetables
The present invention relates to a device for forming a pattern on a surface of a fruiting vegetable and, more particularly, to a device which can be mounted on an immature fruiting vegetable without a separate fixing device, changes the shape thereof as the fruiting vegetable grows, and is capable of engraving a predetermined pattern on a surface of the immature fruiting vegetable so as to be clearly identified. A device for forming a pattern on a surface of a fruiting vegetable according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a member made of plastic, of an annular shape without a cut portion, having an inner surface and an outer surface, an opening defined by the inner surface, and a pattern formed on the inner surface of the member, wherein the member includes a first folded portion and a second folded portion; the inner surface of the member includes a first opposing surface and a second opposing surface that face each other due to the first folding portion and the second folding portion; the first opposing surface and the second opposing surface can be mounted on the surface of the fruiting vegetable by pressing both surfaces of the immature fruiting vegetable arranged on the opening by elasticity formed by the first folded portion and the second folded portion; and the shape of the member changes so as to correspond to the surface shape of the fruiting vegetable as the fruiting vegetable grows.
Golf tee box marker device having interchangeable advertising panels
A golf tee box marker device includes a base having a planar front surface, a steel plate secured to the planar front surface and having a first polarity, and an advertising panel comprised of a flexible material and having a second polarity. The advertising panel is removably secured to the steel plate using magnetic forces. At least one support extends from a lower portion of the base and is threaded into a lower portion of the base and configured to be pushed into a ground surface using a sharpened edge until the lower portion of the base is substantially flush to the ground surface. The base may be at an angle relative to a longitudinal axis of the pair of supports causing the advertising panel to be tilted upwards.
