PROTECTIVE HAND COVERING FOR INFANTS
A protective hand covering has a flexible shell with an open end and a closed end, and a constricted region between the open and closed ends. The constricted region defines a passage for receiving the child's hand. The hand covering may be worn by an infant or small child during sleeping or other activities, A gripping material is disposed on an inside surface of the shell at the constricted region and around the passage. The gripping material has a coefficient of friction higher than a coefficient of friction of the material of the flexible shell, such that the hand covering is discouraged from coming off of the child's hand.
Magnetic glove
In some embodiment, a glove includes a hand-receiving portion including an opening, four enclosed finger pockets, and an enclosed thumb pocket, whereby the opening is configured to receive a hand of a user, and the hand-receiving portion is configured to enclose the hand of the user. The glove may also comprise a strap extending from the hand-receiving portion adjacent the opening. The strap may also include an outer surface configured to contact a ferromagnetic surface. In some embodiments, the glove also includes a cavity within the strap, which defines an angled base surface. The glove may comprise a magnet located within the cavity, wherein the cavity positions the magnet such that the magnet is angled with respect to the outer surface of the strap.
ANTI-SLIPPING STRUCTURE FOR SURFACE OF ARTICLE, ARTICLE PROVIDED WITH COATING FILM LAYER IMPARTING ANTI-SLIPPING EFFECT, ANTI-SLIPPING BODY, GLOVES, METHOD FOR FORMING COATING FILM LAYER, AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING GLOVES
An article has a coating film layer that covers the article. A plurality of recessed portions is formed on the coating film. The plurality of recessed portions is formed of: a plurality of hemispherical recessed portions having an approximately circular shape as viewed in a plan view; and a plurality of diaphragm provided recessed portions formed such that two or more hemispherical recessed portions are connected to each other in a partially overlapping manner and a connection boundary between the recessed portions is partitioned by a diaphragm. In a method for forming a coating film layer which covers a surface of an article and on which a plurality of recessed portions are formed, a liquid droplet of a solidifying agent is made to impinge on an unsolidified elastic material that adheres to the surface of the article so as to recess and solidify impinged portions thus forming the recessed portions.
Grip Sporting Accessory
The present invention relates to a novel better grip glove. The device is designed to fill the gap or space between the palm of the hand and the handle or other equipment to increase swing speed and improve other mechanics. The glove includes a specialized glove and a wedge-like insert that extends over the thumb and onto the palm of the hand. The insert conforms to the user's hand and the handle. The insert component is thicker near the thumb and first finger and decreases in thickness as it approaches the palm of the hand. Users can easily place the specialized batting glove on the hand to eliminate the gap between the hand and the handle to improve mechanics.
Drug resistant glove
An ambidextrous or hand-specific glove including a wrist region, a palm region, and a digit region. The glove may be fabricated of nitrile rubber that is free of or essentially free of zinc, sulfur and accelerators to reduce allergic reactions in populations required to frequently wear protective gloves. A band region that partially or fully encircles a user's finger knuckles may be provided for easier finger bending. Texturing may be provided on glove surfaces that are used to grip articles. The fingertip regions on the front surface of the index and middle finger regions may be un-textured or smooth to enable a user to take a patient's pulse. These fingertip regions may be of reduced or smaller diameter and circumference so as to pull the glove material tightly around the tips of the user's finger and thereby applying pressure thereto so that even a faint pulse in a patient may be detected.
Glove with anti-slipping function
A glove includes a glove body configured to cover a hand of a wearer. The glove body has an outermost layer including cellulose particles and constituting an outer surface of the glove. At least some of the cellulose particles are at least partially exposed from the outer surface.
APPENDAGE GARMENT WITH ENHANCED TRACTION
A multifunctional piece of athletic and/or work wear is presented. When worn as a compression sleeve to play rugby, American football and other ball-carrying sports (with oblong or round balls), or when worn to carry objects during physical labor, an object contact surface positioned on the inner forearm of the sleeve can grip the carried object with increased friction while an outside facing surface of the sleeve can be smooth to deflect defenders or objects that may impact the sleeve, can be padded to protect from impacts, can provide protection from contusions and lacerations, and/or can provide active cooling. The garment can further include static or dynamic readable symbols or images woven or knitted into the garment (rather than printed or fused onto the garment).
Protective articles comprising an adhesive and cohesive thermoset viscoelastic polymer
A viscoelastic material comprises a unique adhesive and cohesive thermoset viscoelastic polymer coated onto a flexible substrate. The polymer can be formed by curing an uncured polymer mix derived from a thermosetting reaction media of a carefully balanced ratio of isocyanate prepolymer, polyether diols, polyether triols and organic plasticizers. The viscoelastic material can exhibit viscoelastic, adhesive, cohesive, releasability, cleansability and antimicrobial properties. In some aspects, the viscoelastic material can be fabricated into a personal protective article. In one embodiment, the personal protective article is a footwear cover.
WORK GLOVE
A glove includes a body portion defining a space to receive a body portion of a hand, and a plurality of digit portions extending from the body portion, including a set of finger portions and a thumb portion, wherein each digit portion defines an elongated digit receiving space. A first finger portion of the set of finger portions includes a knitted back side segment, a grip side segment and a first knitted fourchette segment extending from the knitted back side segment to the grip side segment. The first knitted fourchette segment and the knitted back side segment are of a continuous knit. The first knitted fourchette segment has a thickness that is less than a thickness of the knitted back side segment.
WORK GLOVE
A glove includes a body portion defining a space to receive a body portion of a hand, and a plurality of digit portions extending from the body portion, including a set of finger portions and a thumb portion, wherein each digit portion defines an elongated digit receiving space. For each finger portion, the plurality of annular ribs is located along a rib section of the finger portion, wherein the rib section of the finger portion has a rib section length that is no more than thirty-three percent of the full length of the finger portion. An end section of each finger portion lacks any annular ribs.
