GLOVE HAVING DISCREET GRIPPING ZONES FORMED THEREIN
A glove including a wrist region; a palm region extending outwardly from the wrist region; a plurality of digit regions extending outwardly from the palm region, wherein each digit region of the plurality of digit regions has a longitudinal axis extending along the digit region from the tip of the digit region to the palm region; an interior cavity bounded and defined by the wrist region, the palm region, and the plurality of digit regions, wherein the interior cavity is accessible via an opening defined by the wrist region. At least one gripping zone is provided on at least one digit region of the plurality of digit regions. The at least one gripping zone is oriented orthogonally to the longitudinal axis of the at least one digit region and extends for less than half of the circumference of the digit region.
GLOVE WITH LONGITUDINAL STAYS
A glove including a wrist region; a palm region extending outwardly from the wrist region; a plurality of digit regions extending outwardly from the palm region, wherein each digit region of the plurality of digit regions has a longitudinal axis extending along the digit region from the tip of the digit region to the palm region; an interior cavity bounded and defined by the wrist region, the palm region, and the plurality of digit regions, wherein the interior cavity is accessible via an opening defined by the wrist region. At least one gripping zone is provided on at least one digit region of the plurality of digit regions. The at least one gripping zone is oriented substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the at least one digit region.
GLOVE WITH LONGITUDINAL FINGER STAYS AND TEXTURED FINGER AND THUMB CROTCHES
A glove including a wrist region; a palm region extending outwardly from the wrist region; a plurality of digit regions extending outwardly from the palm region, wherein each digit region of the plurality of digit regions has a longitudinal axis extending along the digit region from the tip of the digit region to the palm region; an interior cavity bounded and defined by the wrist region, the palm region, and the plurality of digit regions, wherein the interior cavity is accessible via an opening defined by the wrist region. A crotch area is provided between adjacent digit regions. At least one gripping zone is provided on at least one digit region. The gripping zone is oriented substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the at least one digit region. An exterior surface of at least one crotch area and at least one gripping zone is textured, particularly by micro-etching.
High Performance Sport Sleeve
Sport sleeves comprising one or more anti-slip components are disclosed.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR IMPEDING VARIOUS ARTICLES OF CLOTHING
An improved system and method for keeping articles of clothing properly fixed in place. Embodiments include a first portion and second portion of the clothing. Embodiments further include climbing skin having a plurality of fibers affixed to the first portion. The climbing skin fabric having a plurality of fibers allowing movement of the second portion in one direction with respect to the first portion while impeding movement of the second portion in the other unwanted direction.
Weight Training Glove Apparatus
A weight training glove apparatus for improved grip securing weights includes a glove body having a dorsal side, a ventral side, a wrist portion, a palm portion, a thumb portion, and a plurality of finger portions. The wrist portion has a principal aperture extending through to a glove inside. Each of the plurality of finger portions has a fingertip aperture configured to expose a user's fingertip and the thumb portion has a thumb tip aperture configured to expose a user's thumb tip. A strap is coupled to the wrist portion and comprises a first mating member and a second mating member to selectively cinch the principal aperture and secure the wrist portion on the user's wrist. A grip panel is coupled to the ventral side of the wrist portion and extends towards the fingertip apertures. The grip panel is substantially flexible to be wrapped around a weight bar.
APPARATUS, SYSTEM, AND METHOD FOR AT LEAST ONE OF ICING, HEATING, AND COMPRESSING A USER'S BODY PART
A wearable device for at least one of icing, heating and compressing a user's body part is disclosed. The device includes an inner part and an outer part, each having an upper end and a lower end. The inner part has a first set of elastic properties, and the outer part has a second set of elastic properties. The outer part surrounds the inner part. A first attaching means is configured for attaching the lower end of the inner part to the lower end of the outer part. A compartment for receiving ice is defined by the space between the outer part and the inner part above the first attaching means. A compression force is provided by the second set of elastic properties compressing at least one of a hot element and cold element against the user's body part thereby eliminating a second attaching means above the first attaching means.
Glove with fingertip regions having a different appearance to a rest of the glove
An ambidextrous or hand-specific glove including a wrist region, a palm region, and a digit region. The glove may be fabricated of nitrile rubber that is free of or essentially free of zinc, sulfur and accelerators to reduce allergic reactions in populations required to frequently wear protective gloves. A band region that partially or fully encircles a user's finger knuckles may be provided for easier finger bending. Texturing may be provided on glove surfaces that are used to grip articles. The fingertip regions on the front surface of the index and middle finger regions may be un-textured or smooth to enable a user to take a patient's pulse. These fingertip regions may be of reduced or smaller diameter and circumference so as to pull the glove material tightly around the tips of the user's finger and thereby applying pressure thereto so that even a faint pulse in a patient may be detected.
PARTIAL-HAND GLOVE
A partial-hand glove includes a first glove portion, a second glove portion, and a base glove portion. The first glove portion is configured to surround a portion of only an index finger of a hand of a user. The outer end of the first glove portion is configured to be spaced from a tip of the index finger. The second glove portion is configured to surround a portion of only a thumb of the hand of the user. The outer end of the second glove portion is configured to be spaced from a tip of the thumb. The base glove portion is connected to the respective inner ends of the first glove portion and the second glove portion. The first glove portion and the base glove portion collectively define an interior side of the glove opposite the second glove portion.
Glove
