PADDED AND PREWIRED EXOSKELETON HARNESS
Disclosed herein is a padded and prewired exoskeleton harness. The exoskeleton harness comprises a clothing article including a clothing material to receive at least a portion of a user. In certain embodiments, the clothing material includes a fabric and at least one patch with a greater coefficient of static friction and greater thickness than the fabric to increase the friction between the user and the exoskeleton, thereby increasing coupling and power transfer therebetween. In certain embodiments, the exoskeleton harness includes at least one internal electronic port positioned at an interior of the clothing material to electronically communicate with one of a plurality of skin-mounted biosensors. The internal ports are prewired within the clothing material to an external electronic a port for communicating with the exoskeleton. The prewiring of the exoskeleton harness facilitates connection between skin-mounted sensors and a data acquisition (DAQ) system.
GARMENT FOR HARNESS SYSTEM
A garment wearable by an individual using a harness system of a vehicle seat has an inner front layer, and an adjacent outer front layer comprising a left panel, a right panel and a coupling member adapted to join or separate the left and right panels. The garment is adapted to receive one or more harness straps of the harness system between the inner front layer and the outer front layer when the one or more harness straps are routed from a shoulder region to a waist region of the garment, and when so routed, the one or more harness straps lie flush against at least a chest area of the inner front layer.
CRAWLING GLOVES
A glove includes a fingerless glove body having a stiffener between the thumb and pointer finger to prevent a person from picking up objects between the thumb and pointer finger and putting them into her mouth. A brace is also provided to prevent the wearer from touching the palm of the glove with their fingers to further prevent a person from pickup up objects by making a first and putting the objects into her mouth. The glove further provides abrasion resistance and slip resistance, such as for a crawling baby.
Adjustable seal system, seal component and method for using the same
An adjustable seal system, seal component for use in the system, and method are provided for forming a sealing interface between a residual limb and a prosthetic socket. The seal component is selectively placed over the outer surface of a suspension liner including a plurality of seal bands, which the seal component may removably and securely engage.
System and method for impeding the displacement of clothing
An improved system and method for keeping articles of clothing properly fixed in place. Embodiments include a first article of clothing and a second article of clothing. Embodiments further include having one or more climbing skin fabrics having a plurality of fibers affixed to a first article of clothing. The one or more climbing skin fabrics having the plurality of fibers allow movement of the second article of clothing in one direction with respect to the first article of clothing while impeding movement of the second article of clothing in the other unwanted direction.
Glove with differently textured fingertip regions
An ambidextrous or hand-specific glove including a wrist region, a palm region, and a digit region. The glove may be fabricated of nitrile rubber that is free of or essentially free of zinc, sulfur and accelerators to reduce allergic reactions in populations required to frequently wear protective gloves. A band region that partially or fully encircles a user's finger knuckles may be provided for easier finger bending. Texturing may be provided on glove surfaces that are used to grip articles. The fingertip regions on the front surface of the index and middle finger regions may be un-textured or smooth to enable a user to take a patient's pulse. These fingertip regions may be of reduced or smaller diameter and circumference so as to pull the glove material tightly around the tips of the user's finger and thereby applying pressure thereto so that even a faint pulse in a patient may be detected.
Glove with contrasting cuff and tear indicator
High performance sport sleeve
Sport sleeves comprising one or more anti-slip components are disclosed.
MULTI-RIDER VEHICLE RETENTION APPAREL
A multi-rider vehicle retention apparel system includes a jacket and one or more gloves. The jacket includes loop fasteners on the front face of the jacket, on both the left and right sides. The gloves have palms covered with hook fasteners able to releasably attach to the loop fasteners on the jacket. In use, the jacket may be worn by a vehicle operator, and the gloves may be worn by a rider seated behind the operator. Using the gloves, the rider may be able to very securely hold onto the operator while riding on the vehicle, reducing fear of losing grip.
Garment for harness system
