Multi-function adaptable lift system
A lift system has a back panel and a seat panel to provide a seat for a user. The back panel is slidably mounted on a support column via slider so that the back panel can be moved up and down to adjust the seat height. The seat panel can be flipped back to accommodate a user in a standing posture. With the support column, the lift system can be attached to a wheeled frame, a pole, a rotatable arm, a wall or a ceiling depending on the need of the user.
HUMAN ECOLOGICAL NEGATIVE OXYGEN ION CELL ACTIVATION AND MERIDIAN MOXIBUSTION INTELLIGENT COMMUNICATION PHYSICAL THERAPY PLATFORM
A human ecological negative oxygen ion cell activation and meridian moxibustion intelligent communication physical therapy platform, including a base plate, lifting assembly and smoke discharging assembly, wherein the lifting assembly is installed at a front surface of the base plate, the smoke discharging assembly is installed inside the base plate and the lifting assembly, and the lifting assembly includes a physical therapy box, sliding rails, threaded rods, a motor, a sliding block and a square block; a C-shaped stander is installed at the front surface of the base plate, two fixing plates are symmetrically installed at an inner surface of the C-shaped stander, at least one installation shielding plate is installed at neighboring sides of the fixing plates, a front surface of the at least one installation shielding plate is installed at outer sides of the sliding rails, the sliding rails are slidably connected with the sliding block.
Surgical rotational unit with improved rotational locking
Rotation unit (16) for connecting to an operating table for rotation of a patient's leg about its longitudinal axis, wherein the rotation unit (16) comprises: an interface (24) for attachment of the foot of the patient's leg on the rotation unit (16); a rotor, to which the interface (24) is connected in a torsionally resistant manner and which is used for rotation of the interface (24) and thus of the patient's leg about the longitudinal axis; a stator (42), on which the rotor is rotatably mounted, such that the rotor can rotate relative to the stator; a rotary handle (22) for rotation of the rotor; and a locking assembly (26) for blocking the rotation of the rotor relative to the stator. The locking assembly (26) can be actuated by means of an action on the rotary handle.
LIFT AND METHOD FOR USE OF A LIFT FOR POSITIONING A PATIENT RELATIVE TO A SURGICAL FRAME
A lift, a head support, and methods for use thereof for use with a surgical frame are provided. The lift and the head support can be used with the surgical frame that is capable of reconfiguration before, during, or after surgery. The surgical frame can include a main beam that can be rotated, raised/lowered, and tilted upwardly/downwardly to afford positioning and repositioning of a patient supported thereon, and the lift and the head support can be used in lifting the patient from a table/gurney and positioning the patient with respect to the main beam.
Apparatus and method for reorienting a person between a supine position and a prone position
An apparatus for reorienting a person includes a wrap having a first lateral portion and a second lateral portion, the first lateral portion and the second lateral portion being releasably securable to one another along an anterior region of the wrap between lateral sides of the person and along a posterior region of the wrap between the lateral sides of the person via a set of fasteners. Each of the lateral portions are dimensioned to extend around a corresponding one of the lateral sides of the person and having anterior and posterior edges that are dimensioned to extend at most partway across to an opposite one of the lateral sides of the person. The wrap is made from flexible materials and dimensioned to extend at least from below knees of the person to above the elbows of the person and snugly retain the person therein.
Wheeled nursing and medical device
A wheeled nursing and medical device includes a wheeled seat mechanism, a driving module, a bed mechanism and a linking mechanism. The wheeled seat mechanism includes an expandable base frame and front and rear wheel assemblies. The driving module is operable to drive expanding and retraction of the expandable base frame. The bed mechanism includes a main bed plate and a backrest plate pivotally connected with the main bed plate. The linking mechanism includes at least one inclined bracket pivotally connected with the expandable base frame and the backrest plate. The device is shiftable between a bed state and a wheelchair state to render traveling of the device in the wheelchair state convenient.
Synchronized patient elevation and positioning apparatus for use with patient positioning support systems
An apparatus for transferring a supine patient to a prone position on a patient support structure, and for rotating such a prone patient between prone and supine positions without removing the patient from the patient support structure.
Anterior cervical positioning system
A patient positioning system for positioning a patient in preparation for an anterior cervical spinal procedure includes a base section, an upper body support attachable to a superior portion of the base section and a lower body support attachable to an inferior portion of the base section. The upper body support is configured to support the head and upper torso of the patient in a manner that aids in opening cervical spine disk space. The lower body support is configured to comfortably lift and support the legs of the patient. A traction strap assembly is attachable to the base section and configured to extend from the base section up around the shoulders of the patient and along the anterior side of the patient to a lower terminal end to enable intermittent traction of the patient's shoulders.
Surgical table with patient support having flexible inner frame supported on rigid outer frame
A surgical table comprising a base and a patient support supported between opposed ends of the base, each opposed end including a pitch/roll assembly. The base is configured such that the patient support can be rolled and pitched relative to the opposed ends via the pitch/roll assemblies such that the roll axis of each pitch/roll assembly remains coaxial regardless of how the patient support is pitched or rolled relative to the base. The patient support includes an outer frame and an inner frame supported on, and displaceable relative to, the outer frame. The inner frame is further articulating about, and relative to, itself. The outer frame is rigid in that it does not change configurations.
SUPINE PATIENT TRANSFER PACKAGE AND ADHESIVE RELEASE MECHANISM THEREFOR
A patient transfer package for laterally transferring a supine patient from one surface to another surface, where the package comprises: a first, rectangular-shaped sheet; a second, rectangular-shaped sheet; and attachment means attached to the second sheet edges and a portion of the first sheet which extends beyond the edges of the second sheet, wherein one part of the attachment means adheres to the second sheet and another part of the attachment means adheres to the first sheet. In addition, the attachment means comprises a non-adhesive channel located between said adhesive parts.
