PPE WITH ROTATING ASSEMBLY PROVIDING MULTIPLE FACE COVERS
A personal protective device (PPE) comprising a face cover assembly and a bodysuit configured to be worn by a human user. The device protects users against airborne aerosol particles containing viruses or other infectious agents while enabling improved flexibility relative to prior art designs. The device includes a helmet-like” rotating face cover assembly that fits over the user's head and attaches to a collar on the biohazard bodysuit. This rotating face cover assembly has a plurality of different mask sides, each with differing geometries or other properties. The device enables a user to rotate (either manually or by electric motor) the masks and select a given mask side that best meets that user's needs. The different mask sides can accommodate different facial geometries, eyewear types, and use cases, such as operation in more hostile environments. Features to improve user comfort, including alternate bodysuit designs, moisture reduction, and cooling are disclosed.
ARTICLES OF FOOTWEAR, APPAREL, AND SPORTS EQUIPMENT WITH SOIL-SHEDDING PROPERTIES
An article of footwear (100), apparel (500, 600), and/or sporting equipment (300, 400), and methods of manufacturing thereof, having a hydrogel present on at least a portion of an externally-facing side of the article. The hydrogel is effective in reducing soil accumulation on the article, and/or for reducing soil adhesion to the article.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ABSORBING MOISTURE WITHIN A FACE MASK
Embodiments relate generally to systems and methods for absorbing moisture within a face mask worn by a user. A face mask may comprise at least one layer of filtration material. configured to filter one or more harmful substances from the air breathed by a user; at least one layer of absorbent material configured to absorb moisture exhaled by the user, wherein the at least one layer of absorbent material spans the entire inner surface area of the mask; at least one layer of waterproof material located between the at least one layer of filtration material and the at least one layer of absorbent material configured to prevent moisture from the absorbent material from contacting the filtration material; and at least one layer of anti-bacterial material located adjacent to the at least one layer of absorbent material and forming the inner surface of the mask.
INSECT REPELLANT-INFUSED DISPOSABLE ARTICLES
A disposable article infused with an insect repellant and method of making the same. The disposable article includes an outer, water absorbent layer, an inner, waterproof layer and an insect repellant applied to the outer layer. The disposable article can be fabric gowns, shoe-covers, leg coverings, hand coverings, arm coverings, head coverings, body coverings, face coverings, full body coverings and chuck pads. In certain embodiments, the outer, water absorbent layer is spun-bonded polypropylene. In other embodiments, the outer, water absorbent layer is spun-bonded polyester. The inner, waterproof layer can be cast polyethylene. The insect repellant can include an effective amount of DEET (N,N-diethyl-meta-toluamide), OLE (oil of lemon eucalyptus) and essential oils alone or in combination.

MEMORY IRONING-FREE FOLDABLE COMPOSITE MATERIAL SUITABLE FOR APPARELS, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND APPLICATION THEREOF
A memory ironing-free foldable composite material suitable for apparels, a manufacturing method thereof and an application thereof are provided. The memory ironing-free foldable composite material may include at least seven layers of materials, a middle position adopts a silica gel layer, two sides of the silica gel layer are symmetrically provided with adhesion layers and substrate composite layers in turn, an outermost layer on one side is provided with a cover layer, and another outermost layer on the other side is provided with a lining layer. According to an apparel design scheme, a finished product of apparel can be formed by ordinary tailoring and sewing by machine. After repeated folding and washing, it can still maintain the shaping effect, would not foam and swell, would not peel off, can be rainproof and windproof, can have high humidity resistance, and thus can meet the needs of multi-scenarios and versatility.
APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING MASKS
An apparatus for manufacturing trapezoid-shaped masks is disclosed. The apparatus may include, a first feeding unit, for providing three or more rolled fabrics; a second feeding unit, for providing one or more rolled materials, simultaneously to the provision of the three or more rolled fabrics; a first folding and joining unit, for folding and joining together edges of three or more fabrics provided by the first feeding unit to form a joint multilayered fabric; a second folding and joining unit, for folding and joining the edges of one or more materials provided by the second feeding unit to form folded material; and a joining unit configured to join together the joint multilayered fabric and the folded material, by forming the continuous joint thereby forming at least two masks in relatively alternating positions, such that the open side of one mask is pointing in an opposite direction from the open side of the other mask.
Electrochemical antimicrobial face mask
Apparatuses of electrochemical antimicrobial face masks and methods for manufacturing the same are provided. In one embodiment, an electrochemical antimicrobial face mask may include an electrochemical antimicrobial section configured to inactivate microbes that are in contact with the electrochemical antimicrobial section, and a filtration section configured to provide additional protection that prevents a user from breathing in the microbes, and where the electrochemical antimicrobial section is attached to the filtration section.
