TEXTILE FOR SUPPORTING HUMAN MOTOR ORGANS AND SUPPORTIVE THERMOPRINTING MATERIAL
The invention provides a textile comprising a supporting mechanism disposed on a surface of a fabric, having a printed layer and a layered elastic support; the elastic support is made of thermoplastic elastomer, and is connected with the printed layer; and a plurality of air-permeable elements disposed in the supporting mechanism. The textile of the invention can be made into wearables for a human body, and the supporting mechanism is capable of supporting human motor organs. The invention also provides a supportive thermoprinting material, a printed layer and a thermoplastic elastomer material layer are disposed on a surface of a substrate, and the printed layer and the thermoplastic elastomer material layer of the thermoprinting material are combined on a fabric to form the textile of the invention.
Semi transparent nitrile glove
A semi transparent nitrile glove comprising nitrile latex, caustic alkali, accelerators, vulcanizing agents, stabilizer and antifoaming agent, wherein the nitrile latex is any one selected from either acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer or carboxylated acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer, wherein the caustic alkali is a combination of either potassium hydroxide and ammonia or sodium hydroxide and ammonia, wherein the accelerators are chemical compounds of dithiocarbamates, wherein the vulcanizing agents are selected from both ionic and covalent vulcanizing agents, wherein the stabilizer is any one of either sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate or sodium dodecyl sulfate and wherein the antifoaming agent is any one from a group consisting of silicone based antifoam, non-silicone based antifoam, oil based antifoam and water based antifoam wherein the semi transparent glove is without pigment and without titanium dioxide.
Thumb Brace
A thumb brace comprising a glove having a thumb portion disposed between a palm side and a back side; and a pad attached to the glove and positioned proximate the base of the thumb portion on the back side of the glove such that the pad cushions a CMC joint of a user of the brace from impact.
Glove
A glove includes a glove body configured to cover a hand of a wearer, in which the glove body includes an innermost layer including a matrix resin and cellulose particles and forming an inner surface of the glove. At least some of the cellulose particles are at least partially exposed from the inner surface. The innermost layer includes 7 mass parts or more and 45 mass parts or less of the cellulose particles based on 100 mass parts of the matrix resin, and is formed as a non-foamed layer, and the cellulose particles have an average particle size of 10 μm or more and 45 μm or less.
PROTECTIVE GLOVES AND METHOD OF MAKING PROTECTIVE GLOVES
A protective guard for a hand, finger or thumb includes a first thermoplastic layer heat welded to second thermoplastic layer. The second thermoplastic layer has a thickness that is greater than the thickness of the first thermoplastic layer.
GOWN
A garment, particularly a garment useful in a medical setting, comprising a gown that provides an acceptable barrier between a wearer and certain contaminants as well as easy doffing, the gown having a neck opening, two sleeves, a body portion including a front body portion and a back body portion, one or more panels, and/or one or more doffing features.
Waistbands having Absorbent, Wicking, Expandable Bandrolls and Garments With Same
A waistband for a garment includes a bandroll having an absorption layer and a wicking layer. The wicking layer controls stretch properties of the absorption layer. The waistband comprises a second material and wherein a shrinkage of a material substrate of the bandroll substantially matches a shrinkage of the second material.
No Sweat Marks Fabric with Moisture Management Function
Examples of a knitted or woven fabric with moisture management function are described, comprising a face fabric layer with a durable water repellency (DWR) additives forming a fabric outer surface that is hydrophobic and a back fabric layer comprising a second yarn that is highly hydrophilic forming a moisture regain core to absorb the moisture and spread it across on an inside surface of the back fabric layer. The outer (face) layer of the fabric is hydrophobic due to the added DWR additives to the first yarn while the inner (back) layer of the fabric is highly hydrophilic that absorbs and spreads the moisture across the inner side of the back layer so that it dries faster making the outer surface of the face fabric layer dry thus reducing the occurrence of water I liquid spots on the face layer outer surface.
LIGHTWEIGHT, PERMEABLE GARMENT FORMED FROM MONOFILAMENT YARNS
Aspects herein relate to a garment that comprises a first knit textile comprising a cell configuration having a knitted perimeter portion and a knitted central portion that is integrally knitted with and enclosed within the knitted perimeter portion. The knitted perimeter portion comprises a first percentage by weight of a first yarn type and a second yarn type. The knitted central portion comprises only the second yarn type. The knitted textile further comprises a second knit textile that is integrally knit with the first knit textile and comprises a plurality of linear knit portions. A first linear knit portion comprises a first percentage by weight of the first yarn type and a second linear knit portion comprises solely the second yarn type. The first linear knit portion of the plurality of linear portions is directly interlooped with a second leaner knit portion.
