A sling of a portable traction device cradles a user's head and includes a pair of shock cords attached at opposite ends of the sling. The ends of the shock cords opposite shock cords are anchored is anchored to a structure, such as a closed door at the hinged side of the door, between the door and door frame, using an anchor, at a height, to generate a tension vector at an acute angle relative to the floor. The tension applies cervical traction.

A portable traction device can include a sling that is sized to cradle a user's head. The sling can be associated with an anchor that is positioned a height above the floor when the portable traction device is in use. A tensile force vector between the anchor and the sling allows for cervical traction. The portable traction device can additionally include one or more flexible straps between the anchor and the sling that can differentially regulate the amplitude of the tensile force vector by stretching.

An adjustable physical therapy device that includes a massaging frame and massaging points. The massaging frame includes vertical support arms and horizontal support arms. The vertical support arms are positioned parallel to each other. The horizontal support arms are slidably coupled to the vertical support arms. The massaging points are each slidably coupled to and protrude from one of the horizontal support arms in a manner to press against a user when the user is positioned against the massaging frame. At least one of the massaging points includes a magnet positioned on an end of the massaging point. At least one of the massaging points includes an electrified end configured to provide pulsed electromagnetic field therapy. The vertical support arms each include a wheel. The wheel is rotatably coupled to the vertical support arm opposite the horizontal support arms.

A massage device can include a first wheel assembly, comprising: a first base; a first wheel supported at a predetermined distance from a first side of the first base; at least one first stem attached to a second side of the first base; the massage device further comprising: a body, the body having at least one socket, wherein the at least one socket is constructed and arranged to receive the at least one first stem, and wherein the body is constructed and arranged to prevent the at least one first stem from rotating within the at least one socket; and two or more arms connected to the body, wherein the two or more arms are constructed and arranged to removably mount the body onto a wall of a building.

Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to a portable muscle therapy device that can be used for physical therapy, fitness and exercise by creating compression to a joint/muscle while performing movement exercise (flossing) to restore mobility and pain relief. The muscle therapy device may include an elongated shaft comprised of a plurality of detachable segments that allow a user to change a length of the elongated shaft and convert the elongated shaft into separate bars. For example two bars may be formed, one for each hand of the user, and a resistance band may be attached to each bar. Additionally, the muscle therapy device of the present disclosure provides for an ability to attach a handle on one end of the elongated shaft to mimic a canoeing and stand up paddle for back, core and shoulder exercise.
