In various examples, a gaze direction of a user's eyes may be tracked and synced with perception data of the vehicle to determine POIs that the user is interested in. In some examples, POIs may be stored as waypoints in a waypoint catalog or store and included as part of a map. As a user is driving in a vehicle down a roadway, a system onboard the vehicle may access the map to determine locations of the vehicle, and may reference the waypoint catalog to determine the POIs that the vehicle passes. Using an advertiser name, contact information, an advertisement image, advertiser website information, links to additional content, etc. relating to each waypoint, a log of the passed POIs may be stored for access by the user.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR RECOMMENDING POINTS OF INTEREST

The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for displaying one or more points of interest (POIs) of a location-based service (LBS). The method may include receiving a request for an LBS sent by a user via a user terminal and obtaining a start location based on the request for the LBS. The method may also include determining one or more recommended POIs based on the start location and POI data associated with the start location. Further, the method may also include transmitting signals to the user terminal to display at least one of the one or more recommended POIs.

Information management system, information management method, and information management device

An information management system collects and manages information on a charging stand that allows a user to effectively utilize the time during charging. The information management system acquires, from a probe information management device that stores location information of a vehicle and battery residual capacity information of a battery provided in the vehicle, the location information of the vehicle and the battery residual capacity of the vehicle; and acquires, from a user operation terminal operated by a user who gets on the vehicle, destination information indicating a location of a destination of the vehicle input by the user and information on what the user wants to do during charging of the vehicle. A storage unit stores the location information of the vehicle and the battery residual capacity information in association with the destination information of the vehicle and the information on what the user wants to do during the charging.

An online system receives a trip request including a location of the user requesting the trip. The online system identifies buildings or geographies based on the received location and determines location boundaries associated with the identified buildings or geographies. The online system identifies a set of hotspots representing locations that are frequently used for pickup or drop off. The online system additionally identifies a set of points of interest. The points of interest are, for example, businesses, landmarks, building names, or other visible information related to the location. The online system scores the set of points of interest based on a relative value of displaying the point of interest for orientation or navigation purposes. The online system modifies a user interface to display a map of the area including the identified location boundaries, hotspots, and one or more points of interest based on the scoring.

A cellular telephony device operatives to receive map data via a cellular network map data, and causes a region of a map having one or more selectable map elements to be displayed in a display in accordance with the map data. The cellular telephony device then causes selectable map element information to be displayed in the display in response to detecting a selection of one of the selectable map elements. In response to detecting a selection of the selectable map element information, the cellular telephony device sends, to a private network file server via the cellular network, a request for an electronic file document associated with the selectable map element information. The cellular telephony device then receives, via the cellular network, the file contents information corresponding to the request for the electronic file document, and causes at least a portion of the electronic file document to be displayed in the display.
