FOOT MASSAGE DEVICE FOR VEHICLE
Disclosed is a foot massage device for vehicles. The foot massage device includes a mounting plate mounted in a seatback of a vehicle, a massage module configured to apply pressure through a plurality of guide holes formed in the mounting plate by selectively drawing out a plurality of acupressure members though the plurality of guide holes such that the plurality of acupressure members protrude alternately and repeatedly, and a moving module coupled to the mounting plate and configured to selectively move the plurality of acupressure members in a forward-backward direction.
Apparatus for treating knee abnormalities
A method of treating knee abnormalities includes securing the portion of the leg above the knee to a stationary object and securing the portion of the leg below the knee to a movable support. A force is applied to the movable support to stretch the knee joint. Apparatus for carrying out the method is also disclosed.
CONTROL SYSTEM FOR A PATIENT THERAPY DEVICE
A therapy system includes a patient support apparatus and a pneumatic therapy device that is coupleable to the patient support apparatus. The therapy device may receive power and air flow from the patient support apparatus.
CONTINUAL MOTION CHAIR APPARATUS FOR THERAPEUTIC BLOOD AND VASCULAR CIRCULATION
A therapeutic chair apparatus designed to enhance blood and vascular circulation through continual motion is disclosed. The described apparatus addresses the technical problem of insufficient therapeutic benefits in existing furniture by providing a programmable control unit that initiates and terminates continuous repositioning of a reclining chair. This repositioning adjusts the leg, torso, and shoulder positions over an extended period, thereby improving circulation. The apparatus includes a start button and a stop button for user control and is electrically coupled to the chair to facilitate motion. The primary use of this apparatus is in therapeutic settings where enhanced circulation is desired. The method involves actuating the start button to begin motion and the stop button to end the motion, providing a comprehensive physical therapy experience. This solution offers a significant improvement over static or limited-motion devices, ensuring sustained therapeutic benefits.
Device for supporting a lower limb
A device for supporting a lower limb of a subject. The device has a housing for a lower limb and a limb support. The housing has a longitudinal axis aligned with a longitudinal axis of the lower limb. A driving mechanism connected between the housing and the limb support, causes movement of the limb support between a retracted position parallel to the longitudinal axis of the housing and an extended position in which the limb support extends perpendicularly to the longitudinal axis of the housing to support the lower limb.
Automated Perineal Care System
Systems, apparatuses and methods for automated perineal care are provided. A system embodiment includes a user support element, a sensor configured to measure a cleanliness state of a user, a cleaning element configured to clean a user perineal area, and a controller configured to command operation of the cleaning element based on the sensor. An apparatus embodiment includes a containment structure, a sensor, a cleaning element assembly including a drive, actuator and a nozzle, and a controller configured to control the cleaning element assembly based on the sensor. A method embodiment includes positioning a user into a perineal cleaning position, scanning the user with a sensor, determining a cleanliness status, and activating a cleaning element based on the cleanliness status.
Massage apparatus including arm massage part
The present disclosure relates to a massage apparatus including an arm massage part, the massage apparatus comprising: a frame connection part which connects a buttock frame provided in a main frame and a back frame provided in the main frame, and which rotates about a frame rotation axis on the basis of the movement of the back frame; a driving shaft which passes through the frame connection part and moves along an arc-shaped driving shaft slot on the basis of the movement of the back frame; and an arm massage frame holder which moves along a sliding rail on the basis of the movement of a plurality of links that transmit the movement of the driving shaft.
MASSAGE MACHINE
Provided is a massage machine including: a base; a backrest supported by the base so as to be reclinable; a seat that moves forward relative to the base with the reclining of the backrest; an armrest; and a support mechanism for supporting the armrest so as to allow the armrest to move with the reclining of the backrest, the support mechanism being configured to lower a back end portion of the armrest and move a front end portion of the armrest backward relative to the seat when the backrest is reclined.
Therapeutic Spa Bath for Providing Hydrotherapy Treatments
A spinal traction/decompression therapy treatment can be performed using a therapeutic spa bath. The therapeutic spa bath can comprise a bathtub body having a central reservoir which can be filled with water. The bathtub body can include a floor, a backrest, a headrest, an upstanding sidewall, and a pair of leg cover shelves extending over the floor. A plurality of water jet nozzles can be mounted to the backrest, the headrest, the floor, and the leg cover shelves and a water pump can be operably coupled to the water jet nozzles by one or more conduits. In operation, the water pump provides pressurized water to the water jet nozzles for generating massaging water jets within the reservoir which provide the spa bath user with a hydromassage and gently pull the spa bath user's torso and head in opposite directions for providing a gentle spinal traction/decompression therapy treatment.
MASSAGE APPARATUS
A massage apparatus, including: a backrest frame; and a seat cushion frame, which is connected to a bottom of the backrest frame; and a supporting frame, the seat cushion frame is rotatably connected to an upper portion of the supporting frame; and a leg-foot assembly, comprises a first leg-foot frame and a second leg-foot frame, the first leg-foot frame and the second leg-foot frame are each rotatably connected to a front end of the seat cushion frame; and a driving mechanism, configured to drive the backrest frame and the seat cushion frame to rotate relative to the supporting frame so as to switch the massage apparatus between a first massage state and a second massage state, the driving mechanism is further configured to drive the first leg-foot frame and the second leg-foot frame to rotate relative to the seat cushion frame.
