Cartridge with flexible bag for injecting a pharmaceutical solution and method for manufacturing the cartridge

A cartridge (10) for injecting a pharmaceutical solution includes at least one flexible small bag (18, 22) made of thin film walls, having a chamber (12, 14) containing a pharmaceutical substance (S, P, L) and having a head surface (37) being outwardly convex. A syringe (100) for injecting a pharmaceutical solution (S) includes a body (102) extended along a main axis (X), an accommodating space (120) to accommodate a cartridge (10), and a plunger (110) with a head (113) being dome-shaped and convex towards the space (120), preferably asymmetrical with respect to the main axis (X). An injection kit for injecting a pharmaceutical solution including a syringe (100) and at least one cartridge (100).

Collapsible Syringe Barrel Disinfection Cap

Flush syringe assemblies are described herein. Such flush syringe assembly may include a collapsible syringe barrel including a corrugated side wall defining a chamber, a closed proximal end, a distal end having a distal wall with an elongate tip extending distally therefrom having a passageway therethrough in fluid communication with said chamber, a pre-selected amount of sterile fluid in the chamber, and a locking element. A collar may be disposed on the distal wall of the barrel and surrounding the elongate tip. An absorbent material and disinfectant or antimicrobial agent may be disposed in a compartment of the collar.

Container

A container, in particular in ampoule form, and consists entirely or predominantly of plastic materials and has a container body (10) for receiving a filling product (12). The filling product can be removed via a releasable container opening (22) after a closure part (18) has been removed, which closure part is detachably connected to the neck part (14) of the container body (10) along a separation line (20) in an unopened position. In the unopened position, a conically extending wall (36) on the neck part (14) on the container body (10) and a conically (38) or cylindrically extending wall (38a) on the closure part (18) adjoin the separation line (20). These walls (36, 38, 38a) delimit at least part of an annular space (40, 40a), one end of which opens out into the environment and the other end of which opens out into the separation line (20).
