Provided is an information processing apparatus for displaying a state of a machine facility including a plurality of devices, on a display unit. An operation time for an operation of one predetermined device among the plurality of devices and signals relating to the operation are displayed on the display unit.
BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM WITH ALARM GENERATION, CLOUD STORAGE, AND VISUALIZATION
A building management system includes building equipment operable to affect a physical state or condition of a building, a system manager, and a cloud-based data platform. The system manager is coupled to the building equipment via a system bus and configured to obtain alarm data from the building equipment and generate a timeseries sample including the alarm data. The cloud-based data platform includes a timeseries service configured to receive the timeseries sample from the system manager, extract the alarm data from the timeseries sample, and store the alarm data as a sample of an alarm timeseries.
SEPARATION OF STATES OF MECHANICAL PRESSES BY ANALYZING TRAINED PATTERNS IN A NEURAL NETWORK
A computer-implemented method, a data processing system, and a computer program product for indicating a failure of a manufacturing process, as well as a corresponding manufacturing machine and a computer-implemented method of training a machine learning system (MLS) for indicating states of a manufacturing process, are provided. An input signal of a sensor is transformed into a parameter. The parameter is provided to the MLS, which derives latent features. The latent features are mapped into one of a number of distinct clusters each representing a mode of the manufacturing process. A failure of the manufacturing process based on the different states of the manufacturing process may be indicated.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MONITORING THE OPERATING STATUS OF AN ENERGY DELIVERY NETWORK
A method monitors an operating state of an energy supply network. Measurement values indicating an operating state are detected using sensors which are provided at measurement points paired with primary components of the energy supply network, and a visualization indicating the operating state of the energy supply network at each measurement point is generated using a monitor. The aim is to minimize the configuration and parameterization complexity for the operator of the energy supply network. The measurement values are transmitted from the sensors to an application server. The measurement values are analyzed, thereby forming system status values, the system status values indicating the operating state of the energy supply network at the measurement points. The system status values are transmitted to the monitoring device and a visualization which indicates the operating state of the energy supply network is generated by the monitoring device using the system status values and displayed.
REFRIGERANT LEAK DETECTION AND MITIGATION SYSTEM AND METHOD
A refrigerant leak detection and mitigation system/method for use in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems that incorporates a refrigerant gas sensor (RGS), sensor signal conditioner (SSC), alarm status indicator (ASI), and digital control processor (DCP) is disclosed. The RGS detects ambient refrigerant gas (ARG) and indicates this as a refrigerant sensor voltage (RSV) to the SSC. The DCP and SSC form a closed control loop (CCL) in which the SSC electrical characteristics are adjusted by the DCP such that the RSV is continuously and dynamically recalibrated to account for background refrigerant gas levels, changes in ambient air conditions, RGS manufacturing tolerances, and other field-specific operational conditions that impact the RGS detection capabilities. The DCP is configured to log alarms to the ASI if a RGS refrigerant leak is detected and optionally shutdown one or more HVAC system components such as a specific air handler leaking refrigerant.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR DETECTING ABNORMAL WORK OF INDUSTRIAL DEVICE
In an abnormal work detecting method for an industrial device, running data of an industrial device is obtained at a predefined time interval. The running data is determined whether the running data falls with a range of a predefined initial data, the range of the predefined initial data indicating the industrial device is normally running. If no, a position of the detection device is obtained by the position device. A warning message is generated to remind a maintainer of the industrial device a position where the industrial device works abnormally.
Pellet grills
Pellet grills and associated methods of operation are disclosed. An example pellet grill includes an ignitor configured to be activated. The ignitor has a duty cycle associated with a number of activations of the ignitor. The example pellet grill further includes one or more processors configured to determine whether the duty cycle has violated a threshold. The one or more processors are further configured, in response to determining that the duty cycle has violated the threshold, to generate a notification indicating that the threshold has been violated. The one or more processors are further configured to cause the notification to be presented at a user interface of the pellet grill.
Monitoring means and monitoring method for monitoring at least one step of a process run on an industrial site
Monitoring structure and a monitoring method for monitoring at least one step of a process performed on an industrial site is described, which allows prompt, reliable and efficient detection of disturbances based on readily available information, provided by the measurement results of the measurement devices involved in the performance of the step, and determined based on a model of the step, comprising primary models for the measurement devices comprising a basic function representing a time dependency of the measurement results of the device, a first property determined by best fitting the basic function to the measurement results obtained by the respective measurement device, a secondary model for each of the primary models, each comprising a second property given by a dispersion of residues between the measurement results obtained by the respective measurement device and the corresponding fitted function, and tertiary models for those pairs of measurement devices, which render correlated measurement results during faultless performance of the respective step, each tertiary model comprising a third property, given by a degree of correlation between simultaneously obtained measurement results of the respective pair of measurement devices during performance of the respective step, and a reference range for each of the properties, comprising a range within which the respective property is expected to occur during faultless performance of the step.
PRODUCTION EQUIPMENT MONITORING METHOD AND SYSTEM
The present invention provides a production equipment monitoring method and system, and the method comprises: receiving production equipment alarm information; determining abnormal production equipment according to the production equipment alarm information, and determining a user group corresponding to the abnormal production equipment according to preset correspondence between production equipment and user group; and sending the production equipment alarm information to a user in the determined user group in a preset alarm manner. As a result, alarm information can be sent to the corresponding user(s) in the preset alarm manner the first time an abnormity in the production equipment is found, so as to notify related personnel to handle the abnormity timely and accurately.
INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE AND INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD
For equipment in a production facility, information for more appropriately determining a state of the equipment is presented. The information processing device: receives information indicative of a state of equipment in a production facility (S202); carries out a process of outputting, when the received information indicative of the state of the equipment satisfies a first condition, a first alarm for prompting maintenance of the equipment (S204); carries out a process of outputting, when the information indicative of the state of the equipment satisfies a second condition, a second alarm that indicates occurrence of abnormality or a sign of abnormality in the equipment (S206); and carries out a process of outputting, in a distinguishably recognizable manner, a tendency in which the first alarm is outputted and a tendency in which the second alarm is outputted (S207).
