ANHYDROUS COSMETIC COMPOSITIONS, PROCESS OF MANUFACTURING A COSMETIC COMPOSITION AND USE OF THE ANHYDROUS COSMETIC COMPOSITIONS
The present invention is related to anhydrous cosmetic compositions having enhanced anti-oiliness properties, dry touch to the skin after the application combined with mate effect, and with a very light, thin and invisible touch on the skin, comprising A) an emollient system, B) a filler system, and C) an UV filter. The present invention is also directed to a process of manufacturing the anhydrous cosmetic compositions and their uses as a sunscreen daily product and for reducing the oiliness of the skin.
PIGMENT SUSPENSION AND COSMETIC AGENT PREPARED USING THE PIGMENT SUSPENSION
A pigment suspension is disclosed. The pigment suspension comprises: a) at least one coloring compound selected from pigments; and b) at least one derivative of alkylated silanol. A cosmetic agent is also disclosed. The cosmetic agent obtainable by combining the pigment suspension with one or more organic C.sub.1-C.sub.6 alkoxysilanes and/or condensation products thereof. A multicomponent packaging unit (kit-of-parts) for dyeing keratinous material (e.g. human hair) is also disclosed. The multicomponent packaging unit comprises, separately packaged: a first container comprising an agent (a′), wherein the agent (a′) comprises (a1) at least one or more organic C.sub.1-C.sub.6-alkoxysilanes; and a second container comprising an agent (a″), wherein the agent (a″) comprises (a2) the pigment suspension.
Composition based on an aqueous phase containing a dispersion of an anhydrous composite material
The present invention relates to a composition, especially for caring for and/or making up keratin materials, comprising at least one aqueous phase containing at least one hydrophilic gelling agent, and a dispersion of at least one anhydrous composite material formed from at least: 3% to 15% by weight of at least one lipophilic gelling agent, relative to the total weight of the material; 10% to 50% by weight of fillers, relative to the total weight of the material; and 40% to 85% by weight of at least one fatty phase, relative to the total weight of the material. The invention also relates to a cosmetic process for making up and/or caring for a keratin material, in particular the skin, comprising at least one step that consists in applying to said keratin material a composition as defined above.
Botulinum toxin and colloidal silver particles
Botulinum toxin is combined with colloidal silver particles to provide improved compositions for use in medical and cosmetic treatments.
Energy releasable beauty care products
The present invention relates to energy-releasable beauty care products. The products are capable of absorbing energy, for example, from an electrical, magnetic, electromagnetic, light, or heat source, which alters the physicochemical state of the beauty care product such that it is easily removable through the utilization of the energy source.
Cosmetic composition showing a natural and a healthy-looking appearance
This invention relates to a cosmetic composition comprising, in a physiologically acceptable medium, at least one microcapsule comprising at least: —a core, —a first laminated coating surrounding said core comprising at least 45% by weight of the total weight, of a microcapsule of multilayer interference particles comprising at least one iron oxide, and —a second laminated coating surrounding said first coating, comprising between 10 and 40% by weight of titanium dioxide relative to the total weight of a microcapsule, said multilayer interference particles being released from said microcapsule(s) only when said composition is applied on a keratin material such as keratin fibers or the skin.
NONAQUEOUS COMPOSITION FOR EXTERNAL USE ON SKIN AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
A nonaqueous composition for external use on the skin including a strongly hydrophilic amphiphilic solid active ingredient-surfactant complex dissolved or dispersed as a particle having a particle size of 2 nm to 200 nm in an oil phase. A strongly hydrophilic amphiphilic solid active ingredient-surfactant complex dissolved or dispersed as a particle having a particle size of 2 nm to 200 nm in the oil phase can be prepared by: adding a strongly hydrophilic amphiphilic solid active ingredient to a water phase to obtain a water phase mixture; adding a surfactant to an oil phase to obtain an oil phase mixture; mixing the obtained water phase mixture with the oil phase mixture to obtain a water-in-oil emulsion; freeze-drying the water-in-oil emulsion to obtain a strongly hydrophilic amphiphilic solid active ingredient-surfactant complex; and dissolving or dispersing the obtained strongly hydrophilic amphiphilic solid active ingredient-surfactant complex in an oil.
SURFACE, MATERIAL AND PERSONAL CLEANING FORMULATION COMPRISING NANOSTRUCTURED PARTICLES
Formulations comprising a nanostructured particles consisting of a solid acid, made of mixed oxides of silica and titania (TiO.sub.2—SiO.sub.2); supporting in its dispersed matrix: copper, silver, gold, iron, rutenium, rhodium, cobalt, zinc, palladium, zinc, manganese, iridium and/or platinum metals at minimal concentrations, and at least one functionalizing agent in contact with the particle, for use as a surface, material and personal cleaner.
Pigment dispersion liquid for cosmetics, and aqueous liquid cosmetic using same
Provided are a pigment dispersion liquid for cosmetics having excellent dispersibility for a pigment of Pigment Red 4 (C.I. 12085) and aging stability, and an aqueous liquid cosmetic using the same, which is suitable for hair dyes and the like. The pigment dispersion liquid for cosmetics contains, at least, water, a water-soluble organic solvent, a pigment of Pigment Red 4 (C.I. 12085), and a (methacryloyl ethylbetaine/acrylates) copolymer, and a ratio of the water to total solvents is 30 to 95% by mass.
System and method for applying oral care agents
A system for providing an oral care agent includes a first layer containing the oral care agent and a second layer. The first layer can be applied directly to teeth. The second layer can subsequently be applied onto the first layer to inhibit leakage of the oral care agent outwards into the mouth.
