To provide a water-in-oil emulsified composition which highly encapsulates a water content, has high viscosity, and is excellent in emulsification stability.

The water-in-oil emulsified composition of the present disclosure comprises a dispersion medium comprising an oil content, and an oil-soluble copolymer having a monomer unit obtained from a specific hydrophilic monomer, and a monomer unit obtained from a specific hydrophobic monomer; and water droplets dispersed in the dispersion medium, wherein the oil content contains 60% by mass or more of polar oil with an IOB of 0.10 or more, and wherein the water droplets contain water and a surfactant, and the content of the water is 30% by mass or more based on the total amount of the composition.

An oil-in-water type composition in which powder is dispersed in an oil phase, the composition including: (A) 10% by mass or more of polar oil; (B) inorganic powder; (C) core-corona type microgel in which hydrophilic groups are partially provided on a surface of a hydrophobic fine particle; and (D) polyglycerin-modified silicone.

The present invention relates to a composition comprising a surfactant system comprising lysolecithin and lecithin, or lysolecithin and sugar ester, a non-polar phase comprising a flavor oil, and a polar phase comprising at least one polar non-aqueous solvent, wherein the flavor oil is present in an amount of at least 10 wt. %, based on the total amount of the composition, and wherein lysolecithin is present in an amount of at least 10 wt. %, based on the total amount of the composition.
