Laptop having dual monitors that are arranged vertically
11513559 · 2022-11-29 · ·

Disclosed is a laptop having dual monitors that are arranged vertically, the laptop comprising: a main monitor 210 having a vertical width of a first size; a body 220 having, on one side thereof, a first hinge unit 221 formed so as to fold the main monitor 210, and a keyboard 222 spaced from the first hinge unit 221 so as to be arranged on the lower end of an upper plate; and a folder-type sub monitor 230 which has a vertical width of a second size that is relatively smaller than the vertical width of the first size, and which is adjacent to the keyboard 222 so as to ascend at a certain inclined angle on the basis of a second hinge unit 231 formed on the upper end of the upper plate of the body 220, and thus the present invention divides a screen so that different UIs may be respectively provided through the main monitor 210 and the sub monitor 230.

Information processing apparatus and information processing method that transitions between multiple postures for controlling a display state

According to the present disclosure, there is provided an information processing apparatus, including a first housing, a second housing, having a display section which displays information, in which the display section is reversed between a first position and a second position, a connection section which rotatably connects the second housing with respect to the first housing, a posture detection section which detects any of the four postures of a first posture, a second posture, a third posture, and a fourth posture, and a display control section which controls a display state of the display section in accordance with a detection result of the posture detection section.

EXTENSIONS TO GLOBAL KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS FOR COMPUTING DEVICES HAVING MULTIPLE DISPLAY REGIONS

A computing device detects a press of a global shortcut key simultaneously with a first press and release of a modifier key. In response thereto, an operation is initiated in a non-default display region. The operation might be displaying a user interface element in the non-default display region. The computing device can also detect a second press and release of the modifier key simultaneously with the press of the global shortcut key. In response thereto, the operation can be initiated in a second display region, such as a default display region. The second press and release of the modifier key can be detected within a predetermined period of time following the detection of the first press and release of the modifier key. The operation might be simultaneously initiated in multiple display regions, such as sharing a region that encompasses the non-default display region and one or more other display regions.

ELECTRONIC DEVICE

An electronic device includes a display module, a movable member, a base, and a biasing element. The display module has a housing and a guiding member fixed thereto. The guiding member has an angled surface, and the housing has an opening. The movable member is disposed in the display module and has a through hole. The biasing element is disposed in the through hole and adjacent to the angled surface. The base has a main body and a connecting member, wherein the connecting member is connected to the main body and detachably connected to the display module. When the connecting member is inserted into the display module through the opening along a first direction, the connecting member pushes the movable member to move along a second direction with respect to the housing, and the movable member forces the biasing element to contact the connecting member.

INFORMATION PROCESSING DEVICE AND IMAGE DISPLAY METHOD

A flexible display device includes a first image display region and a second image display region having predetermined positions and sizes. In a case where a positional relationship between the first image display region and the second image display region changes to a tent mode, a cross border task bar is displayed on the first image display region. The cross border task bar is a graphical user interface for enabling a user to operate on an object displayed on the second image display region. The cross border task bar includes a tunnel window to which an object displayed on the first image display region can be dragged. The object dragged to the tunnel window is then displayed on the second image display region.

Processing method and processing device for displaying icon and electronic device

A processing method and a processing device for displaying an icon and an electronic device are provided. The electronic device has a plurality of variable operation forms.
