HEAD-MOUNTED DEVICE

The present disclosure provides a head-mounted device including a display component, a speaker component, and a connecting component. Two ends of the connecting component respectively are connected to the display component and the speaker component. The connecting component includes a body, a rotating bracket, and a locking block. The body is connected to the display component and has an opening. The rotating bracket is disposed in the body. One end of the rotating bracket has a first protrusion portion, a second protrusion portion, and an accommodating groove. The other end of the rotating bracket passes through the opening and is connected to the speaker component. The locking block is disposed in the body and is movable to close to or away from the accommodating groove. When the locking block is engaged with the accommodating groove, the rotating bracket is limited to rotate.

Display apparatus

A display apparatus includes a substrate including a first region and a second region spaced apart from each other in a first direction, and a plurality of display elements arranged in a display area in which the first region and the second region are disposed. The first region and the second region are circular, a diameter of the first region is about equal to a diameter of the second region.

Electronic devices having optical and audio components

An electronic device housing may include a display cover layer that overlaps an array of pixels. The cover layer or other portion of the housing may have an opening that forms an optical and audio port. Optical and audio components may be coupled to the port. A port cover may cover some or all of the port. The port cover may include one or more layers of mesh or other materials that allow light and sound to pass while blocking environmental contaminants. The optical components may include an ambient light sensor or other devices that receive light and/or may include devices that emit light. The audio components may include a microphone and/or a speaker. The optical component may emit or receive light that passes through the audio component. A structure in the interior of the housing may form a passageway coupled to the port through which sound and light passes.

Electronic device having microphone

In accordance with one aspect of the disclosure, an electronic device comprises a plate at least partially forming one surface of a housing and including a first through-hole; a printed circuit board disposed in the housing under the plate, the printed circuit having a second through-hole at least partly overlapping the first through-hole when viewed from above the first surface; a microphone disposed on a surface of the printed circuit board facing away from the plate, and at least partly overlapping the second through-hole when viewed from above the first surface; a seal member that is disposed between the plate and the printed circuit board around the first through-hole or the second through-hole; a support member that includes a first portion that faces the printed circuit board and includes an opening, the opening penetrated by the microphone, and a second portion that extends from the first portion and faces the plate; a first fixture the printed circuit board and the first portion; and a second fixture that is disposed between the plate and the second portion.

Pivotable acoustic devices

In an example, an electronic device may include a housing and a first acoustic device pivotally disposed in the housing. The first acoustic device may move between a first position within the housing and a second position outside the housing. The first acoustic device may direct an acoustic signal in a direction. Further, the electronic device may include a camera to capture an image of an area in front of the electronic device. Furthermore, the electronic device may include a processor operatively coupled to the camera and the first acoustic device. The processor may determine a location of a facial feature of an operator using the captured image. Further, the processor may control an angle of rotation of the first acoustic device relative to the housing based on the location of the facial feature to modify the direction of the acoustic signal.

SPEAKER ASSEMBLY IN A DISPLAY ASSISTANT DEVICE

In a display assistant device, a speaker is mounted in a waveguide structure which is at least partially disposed beneath a display screen. The waveguide structure is mounted in an exterior housing which includes speaker grills distributed on a plurality of surfaces of the exterior housing, permitting sound waves from the speaker to be projected outside the exterior housing. A cover structure is disposed on top of the waveguide structure to conceal the waveguide structure and speaker within the exterior housing. The cover structure has a tilted bottom surface configured to be suspended above the waveguide structure and to be separated by a first space. Sound waves projected from an upper portion of the speaker are reflected by the tilted bottom surface and are guided through the first space to exit the device from a speaker grill portion located on a rear side of the exterior housing.
