A portable display device is provided in which two display panels are joined to each other to form a single screen when two panel housings are unfolded from a folded state. The portable display device includes at least two panel housings and display panels that are mounted on the panel housings, respectively. When the panel housings are unfolded, the display panels are joined to each other to form a single screen. The distance between the display panels when the display panels are contiguous to each other is less than 3 mm and the distance between input units or between input sensors is less than 3 mm.

The controller is configured to monitor the user based on the first identifier or send the first identifier to a monitoring system; determine whether there is a harm possibly occurring to the user of the wearable device based on at least one output from the at least one sensor, or send the at least one output to the monitoring system via the communication interface; and output, after the harm is determined to be possibly occurring, an alarm based on receiving confirmation from the user, or based on not receiving any confirmation from the user within a predetermined amount of time.

The heatsink base includes a connector port that provides an interface between components of the computing device and other computing or peripheral devices. For example, the heatsink base may include platform that is configured to have circuitry fixedly secured on a first side of the platform with a connector of the circuitry aligned with an aperture of the connector port such that a connection to the circuitry is accepted by circuitry of another computing device.

The first fixing portion includes a first bent portion bent along a first bent line from a neck portion, that is, a boundary area with the connection portion, and a second bent portion bent along a second bent line from the first bent portion. The first bent portion is bent in a first direction becoming distant from the conductive structure, and the second bent portion is bent in a second direction opposite to the first direction.

GALLIUM NITRIDE (GAN) INTEGRATED CIRCUIT TECHNOLOGY WITH OPTICAL COMMUNICATION

Gallium nitride (GaN) integrated circuit technology with optical communication is described. In an example, an integrated circuit structure includes a layer or substrate having a first region and a second region, the layer or substrate including gallium and nitrogen. A GaN-based device is in or on the first region of the layer or substrate. A CMOS-based device is over the second region of the layer or substrate. An interconnect structure is over the GaN-based device and over the CMOS-based device, the interconnect structure including conductive interconnects and vias in a dielectric layer. A photonics waveguide is over the interconnect structure, the photonics waveguide including silicon, and the photonics waveguide bonded to the dielectric layer of the interconnect structure.

An electronic device includes a short-range wireless communication circuit that performs first short-range wireless communication based on a first protocol and second short-range wireless communication based on a second protocol, and a processor that connects the first short-range wireless communication with a peripheral device through the short-range wireless communication circuit, transmits a service discovery frame including service information associated with the peripheral device to devices included in a cluster configured to include the electronic device through the second short-range wireless communication when a trigger event occurs, establishes a wireless data communication path with an external electronic device, which transmits a message in response to the service discovery frame to the electronic device through the second short-range wireless communication, from among the devices included in the cluster, and transmits input information received from the peripheral device through the short-range wireless communication circuit or control information corresponding to the input information to the external electronic device through the wireless data communication path.
