A print apparatus registers information of the print apparatus in a server via an external access point based on an instruction provided via an operation screen of the print apparatus, obtains print data when an audio control device receives a print instruction by audio so that the server generates the print data, and executes a print process based on the obtained print data.

An output system includes circuitry to generate information on a character string in response to an authentication request including user identification information transmitted from an output apparatus. The circuitry further transmits the information on the character string to an information processing device. A system and method for managing print services between multifunction peripherals and a print server includes a connector server. The connector server subscribes to event notifications from each multifunction peripheral through two or more network adapters. Events are relayed from the connector server to the print server, irrespective as to which network adapter receives them. The connector server also relays web content between the multifunction peripheral and the print server.

An example server to process onboarding includes a communication interface unit, a memory to store instructions, and a processor. The processor is to execute instructions stored in the memory to receive information on a user interface screen for onboarding from a client device through the communication interface unit, and transmit information for generating a next user interface screen to be displayed on the client device to the client device through the communication interface unit based on the received information on the current user interface screen and information on a process of the onboarding.

An example system may include a plurality of print devices, a supply attachment, and a device remote to the plurality of print devices. A peer-to-peer network of printing devices is configured to share printing device information, such as job queue status, configuration information, and resource information for automated load balancing, capability matching, failover, and print splitting operations. A digital front end (DFE) of a printing device establishes connections with the DFEs of other printing devices to manage output within the peer-to-peer network in an automated manner. When a print job is received at a DFE for a printing device, it is evaluated to determine how to best manage the output for the print job.

An example image forming includes a print engine to form an image, a display to display a user interface window for selecting at least one of an industry or a place using the image forming apparatus, and a processor to, based on at least one of the industry or the place being selected, set an option value corresponding to the at least one of the selected industry or place as a default option value for a function of the image forming apparatus.

The administration system has a client device, an administration device including the computer, a device configured to operate based on commands from the client device, and a storage configured to store a plurality of units of user information concerning a user of the client device. The computer readable instructions, when executed by the computer, cause the computer to acquire device designating information being a designated one of units of device information set to the device from the device, acquire user designating information being a designated one of the units of user information set to the user from the storage, and reflect the acquired device designating information and the acquired user designating information in a distributing file to be delivered to the client device of the user.
