A data processing apparatus to acquire a job from an external apparatus via a network and process the job includes a storage unit, a selection unit, and a processing unit. The job includes a data and setting information to process the data. The storage unit stores a plurality of processing modules. The selection unit selects a plurality of processing modules to be used in processing the data, from the plurality of processing modules, based on setting information included in the job. The processing unit causes the selected plurality of processing modules to sequentially perform processing on the data. In a case where processing is to be sequential performed by a first processing module and then a second processing module included in the selected plurality of processing modules, the processing unit inputs information processed by the first processing module into the second processing module.

An image processing device including a plurality of processors that execute arithmetic processing on image data, an information retaining portion that retains information related to arithmetic processing speeds of the plurality of processors, and a control portion that, among the image data, designates partial data to be processed by the respective processors and causes the plurality of processors to execute arithmetic processing, in which the control portion determines partial data for causing the plurality of processors to process on the basis of the information.

There is provided an information processing apparatus including a first filter configured to merge first print setting information of a first hierarchical level and second print setting information of a second hierarchical level to generate and store third print setting information, wherein the second hierarchical level is lower than the first hierarchical level; and a second filter subsequent to the first filter configured to acquire the third print setting information stored in the first filter.
