A personal care cosmetic composition; its method of manufacture; and its method of use are disclosed.

Also disclosed are methods of caring for, cleansing, and/or conditioning the skin, hair, and/or scalp with the mono-dose products and systems.

Disclosed is an oil-in-water anionic emulsion for eyelashes, and methods for its use, comprising a continuous phase comprising 35 to 55% by weight of water based on the total weight of the emulsion, a discontinuous phase comprising 15 to 25% by weight of a combination of waxes, wherein the combination of waxes comprises paraffin wax, carnauba wax, beeswax, and candelilla wax based on the total weight of the emulsion, and 5 to 15% by weight of the emulsion of an anionic surfactant system comprising stearic acid, palmitic acid, myristic acid, polyethylene glycol-40 (PEG-40) stearate, and stearyl stearate, wherein the oil-in-water anionic emulsion is capable of thickening the appearance of eyelashes.

An antioxidant and anti-inflammatory composition includes coconut oil, jojoba oil, argan butter, beeswax, and an essential oil blend. a method of therapeutically treating a malady includes applying an amount of the antioxidant and anti-inflammatory composition on a subject's skin. A method of manufacturing an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory skin balm includes melting beeswax; combining coconut oil, argan butter, almond butter, and jojoba oil with the melted beeswax; stirring to form a melted blend; adding a blend of essential oils; and cooling the melted blend. The composition is useful for muscle ache, muscle soreness, joint discomfort, cellulite, obesity, edema, poor circulation, headache, heart disease, hypertension, tendonitis, cramps, inflammation, eczema, psoriasis, gout, ulcers, arthritis, rheumatism, muscle spasms, acne, chapped skin, irritated skin, localized pain, and dry hair.

Described herein are rinse-off hair conditioner compositions with high deposition properties for cationically coated microcapsules. The compositions contain limited amounts of quaternary ammonium salts that are replaced by at least one non-quaternized conditioning ingredient to provide a high deposition of microcapsules onto a surface.

Provided is a polyurethane gel composition containing A and B below. Here, A represents a polyurethane obtained by reaction of (a) a hydrogenated polybutadiene having isocyanate groups at the terminals and (b) a glycol represented by HO—R.sub.3—OH (wherein R.sub.3 represents a linear or branched C2 to C6 alkylene group optionally having an ether bond), or A represents a polyurethane obtained by reaction of (c) a hydrogenated polybutadiene having hydroxyl groups at the terminals, (d) a diisocyanate compound, and the (b) glycol represented by HO—R.sub.3—OH (wherein R.sub.3 represents a linear or branched C2 to C6 alkylene group optionally having an ether bond), and B represents an oil agent. The polyurethane gel composition of the present invention is particularly useful as a raw material for cosmetics since a film of an oil-soluble gel obtained using the polyurethane gel composition is exceptionally excellent in any point of transparency, high gloss, elasticity, and resilience.

A fermented pollen-based composition is provided which is made by treating pollen grains with one or more natural potassium sources selected from coconut water, coconut milk, raw honey, or honeydew honey, to naturally stimulate germination of the pollen, then incubating the germinated pollen, optionally with one or more additional components selected from beeswax, oils, enzyme-containing components derived from fruit, and probiotic components, wherein the resulting composition comprises a plurality of bioactive components selected from low molecular weight peptides, fatty acids, esterified flavonoids, dicaffeoyl quinic acid isomers and dicaffeoyl tartaric acid ester or ether compounds. Also provided is a method that includes topically administering to a skin surface of a subject (e.g., human) the topical sunscreen composition.

Provided herein are compositions for skin care comprising cannabidiol, probiotics, and microalgae, optionally in a particular weight ratio. Optionally the compositions further comprise one or more of an antioxidant, a cleansing agent, an alcohol, an oil, and/or a flower or seed extract.
