Gel formulations
An anhydrous alcohol gel formulation. The gel formulation comprises one or more film forming agents, one of which is TM-Si 5. The gel formulation comprises active agent(s), which differs based on the purpose of the gel formulation. In certain embodiments, the gel formulation comprises one or more emollients. In certain embodiments, the gel formulation comprises one or more viscosity increasing agents. In certain embodiments, the gel formulation comprises Zinc Oxide. The formulation optionally comprises other ingredients. Such optional ingredients include: a skin conditioning and/or bulking agent; a fragrance, such as, for example and without limitation, Fragrance SZ-2108 MOD 2010; etc.
Lip composition in the form of a liquid inverse emulsion
This invention relates to a composition, in the form of a water-in-oil emulsion, containing: —at least 6% by weight in relation to the total weight of the composition, of at least one non-volatile hydrocarbon-based oil H1 chosen from plant oils or non-volatile triglycerides with a molecular weight greater than 400 Da, non-volatile non-polar hydrocarbon-based oils with a molecular weight greater than 350 Da, non-volatile ester oils with a molecular weight greater than 350 Da, and mixtures thereof; —optionally less than 5% by weight in relation to the total weight of said composition of non-volatile hydrocarbon-based oil(s) H2 chosen from C.sub.10-C.sub.26 alcohols, preferably monoalcohols; non-volatile triglycerides with a molecular weight less than or equal to 400 Da; non-volatile ester in oils with a molecular weight less than or equal to 350 Da; non-volatile non-polar hydrocarbon-based oils with a molecular weight less than or equal to 350 Da; dialkyl carbonates; and mixtures thereof; —at least 15% by weight of water with respect to the total weight of said composition; —at least one nonionic hydrocarbon-based or silicone surfactant; and —at least one polar hydrocarbon-based wax chosen from beeswaxes; synthetic beeswaxes; (poly)oxyalkylenated hydrocarbon waxes, the oxyalkykenated residue(s) being C.sub.2-C.sub.4 or (poly)glycerolated; alcohol waxes, and mixtures thereof.
Ingestible tablet or powder type oral cleaning composition
An oral cleaning composition in ingestible tablet or powder formulation contains natural materials. It has an advantage of portability because it is provided in a tablet or powder form instead of a liquid or gel form. In addition, the composition does not contain synthetic chemical components but uses only natural materials and can be safely ingested after use, and, thus, it does not require a space where it can be spit out. Furthermore, it exhibits excellent efficacy in inhibiting oral bacteria and removing bad breath.
Polyurethane gel composition and use thereof
Provided is a polyurethane gel composition containing A and B below. Here, A represents a polyurethane obtained by reaction of (a) a hydrogenated polybutadiene having isocyanate groups at the terminals and (b) a glycol represented by HO—R.sub.3—OH (wherein R.sub.3 represents a linear or branched C2 to C6 alkylene group optionally having an ether bond), or A represents a polyurethane obtained by reaction of (c) a hydrogenated polybutadiene having hydroxyl groups at the terminals, (d) a diisocyanate compound, and the (b) glycol represented by HO—R.sub.3—OH (wherein R.sub.3 represents a linear or branched C2 to C6 alkylene group optionally having an ether bond), and B represents an oil agent. The polyurethane gel composition of the present invention is particularly useful as a raw material for cosmetics since a film of an oil-soluble gel obtained using the polyurethane gel composition is exceptionally excellent in any point of transparency, high gloss, elasticity, and resilience.
HYDRATING LIP BALM COMPOSITION
The invention is directed to a composition comprising a first low-melt wax, a second low-melt wax, a high-melt wax, one or more oil phases, and optionally a flavoring agent.
Skin external preparation comprising an aqueous dispersion of finely dispersed wax, nonionic surfactant, and ionic water-soluble thickener
A skin external preparation includes a finely dispersed wax composition that is solid or semisolid at room temperature, a nonionic surfactant, an aqueous dispersion medium, and an ionic water-soluble thickener, and optionally further contains at least one of silicone oil and fluorinated oil which is liquid at room temperature, and the mass ratio of the nonionic surfactant to the wax being 1.0 or more, the particle size of the finely dispersed wax is 500 nm or less, and it substantially contains no ionic surfactants therein.
EMULSION COMPOSITION CONTAINING A COLD CREAM
A cosmetic emulsion composition for skincare, which comprises a. at least one anionic surfactant and/or a fatty acid soap, b. at least one animal wax and/or a derivative of an animal waxes, c. at least one vegetable oil, d. at least one C.sub.2-C.sub.6 polyol e. at least one natural thickener f. at least one extract from chamomile and g. allantoin,
has excellent skin care properties (skin-soothing effect, moisturizing properties). Moreover, they are storage stable and have a pleasant texture.
Tooth varnish compositions and methods for their use
The disclosure provides hypersensitivity preventative tooth varnish compositions comprising, inter alia, ethyl cellulose and fluoride, and methods for the use of such compositions for the treatment of hypersensitive teeth.
Preservative Compositions and Methods of Use
Methods are provided for reducing or preventing undesirable changes in a composition over time, such as microbial growth, oxidative damage, and/or color changes. Date palm pollen or an extract thereof serves as a preservative, antimicrobial, and/or antioxidant component, thereby stabilizing the composition.
Non-Greasy Personal Care Compositions
An anhydrous personal care composition, comprising: (a) 45 to 60 weight % of at least one ester, selected from (i) triglycerides, (ii) diglycerides, (iii) monoglycerides, (iv) monoesters of diols, and (v) diesters of diols; (b) a first wax having a melting point of from 35° C. to 72° C. present in an amount of 5 to 25 weight %; (c) a second wax having a melting point of 73 to 90° C. present in an amount of 0.5 to 15 weight %; and (d) at least one plant oil having a saponification value of from 150 to 275 mg KOH/g present in an amount of 5 to 35 weight.
