In various embodiments, a computer might detect an error in a first network and send a notification indicating that the error has occurred. The notification might contain one or more options to address the error in the first network. The computer, a user device, a service provider device, or a content provider device might receive and display the notification containing the one or more options. The computer, the user device, the service provider device, or the content provider device might then select at least one of the one or more options to address the error in the first network.
System and method for data collection and analysis of information relating to mobile applications
A system and method are provided for data collection and analysis of information related to applications. Specifically, the developer of the application may install analytic software, which may be embodied as a software development kit (SDK), on an integrated development environment (“IDE”) associated with the developer, wherein the analytic software may be installed with a wizard-like interface having a series of easy to follow instructions. Once installed, the application, with the analytic software incorporated therein, may be provided and installed on a plurality of end user devices. Thereafter, the analytic software may work in conjunction with analytic processing logic to assist the developer in obtaining pertinent information related to bugs associated with the application that is being executed on an end user device.

TECHNIQUES FOR REPAIRING AN INOPERABLE AUXILIARY DEVICE USING ANOTHER DEVICE
The embodiments set forth a technique for enabling a computing device to cure a configuration issue associated with an auxiliary computing device. According to some embodiments, the technique can include the steps of (1) receiving, from the auxiliary computing device, a request to repair the configuration issue, where the request includes device information associated with the auxiliary computing device, and (2) in response to determining, based on the device information, that the auxiliary computing device is known to the computing device: (i) establishing a secure communication link with the auxiliary computing device, (ii) identifying at least one problem associated with the configuration issue, (iii) generating repair information based on the at least one problem, and (iv) transmitting the repair information to the auxiliary computing device over the secure communication link to cause the auxiliary computing device to cure the at least one problem.

An information handling system includes resistive short detection circuitry that measures a first amount of power provided by a power supply system, and measures a second amount of power drawn by components. The resistive short detection circuitry compares the first amount of power with the second amount of power. In response to first amount of power being greater than the second amount of power, the resistive short detection circuitry determines that a short exists within the information handling system.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CAPTURING DATA STORED ON A VOLATILE MEMORY
A system for capturing data stored on a volatile memory located within a vehicle includes one or more processors, a volatile memory, and a memory device. The memory device includes a triggering module and a storage module. The triggering module causes the one or more processors to receive a first triggering signal at a first moment in time and a second triggering signal at a second moment in time. The storage module causes the one or more processors to store at least a portion of data stored on the volatile memory at the first moment in time as a first data store in a secondary memory in response to the first triggering signal and store at least a portion data stored on the volatile memory at the second moment in time as a second data store in the secondary memory in response to the second triggering signal.
