Information code reading system

A system contributing to prevention of unauthorized use of an information code displayed on a screen. In the system, an information code display device cyclically displays a plurality of partial code images on a display screen of a display unit based on a first rule when the first rule is received from a server in response to a first request to the server. Accordingly, an information code reading device captures images of the display screen at imaging intervals according to a second rule which is received from the server by in response to a second request to the server to decode an information code composed of the plurality of images thus captured, according to the second rule.

Image And Quick Art Response Code System

Disclosed herein are methods of using an augmented reality trigger to locate and/or read a Data Code in an image. A method according to this disclosure may include the step of using an augmented reality trigger in an image to initiate an augmented reality experience, locating portions of Data Code arrange in a plurality of locations within the image, and combining each of the Data Code portions for processing as a unified Data Code. The augmented reality trigger may be stored in a data set including location information to locate each of the Data Code portions. The data set may include information to combine the plurality of Data Code portions.

Multi-part code system with multiple source computing devices

A method includes receiving, by a network computing device, interaction information from one or more of: a destination computing device and at least one source computing device of two or more source computing devices. The interaction information is regarding an interaction between the destination computing device and the two or more source computing devices. The method further includes generating a destination portion and two or more source portions of a code representative of the interaction information. The destination portion of the code and the two or more source portions are not individually readable. The method further includes sending the destination portion of the code to the destination computing device, sending the two or more source portions of the code to the corresponding two or more source computing devices, and when an indication that the produced code has been captured is obtained, finalizing the interaction.

MULTI-PART CODE SYSTEM

A multi-part code system includes a network computing device operable to generate a first and second portion of a code for an interaction. The multi-part code system further includes a second computing device including a second network application and a first computing device including a first network application operable to obtain the second portion of the code, receive the first portion of the code, display the second portion of the code, display the first portion of the code on a code display area, instruct a user to drag the first portion of the code from the code display area to the display area to align with the second portion of the code. When the first portion of the code is aligned with the second portion of the code in the display area, produce the code, and send a finalized interaction notification to the network computing device.

Information medium, recording apparatus, and reading apparatus

An information medium according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes two or more data layers provided on a support base. The two or more data layers have two or more pieces of visible information recorded on the two or more data layers. The two or more pieces of visible information are obtained by decomposing two-dimensional visible information and thereby allowing synthesis of the two or more pieces of visible information to result in the two-dimensional visible information.

A system and method for computer vision assisted physical-labels functions to use functional, large format product labeling for better computer vision (CV) identification. The product labels and detection capabilities of the system and method enhance product label detection and interpretation for use with image sensing at a distance. The product labels are non-obtrusive and can mitigate changes to sizing or visual appearance of packaging of goods or products. The system and method can enable universal product labeling for vision-based commerce and other applications.

Composite matrix code array

A computer-readable code array comprises a first three-dimensional module and second three-dimensional module. The first three-dimensional module comprises a first face and a second face. A state of the first face encodes a pixel of a first computer-readable code. A state of the second face encodes a pixel of a second computer-readable code. The second three-dimensional module comprises a third face and a fourth face. A state of the third face encodes a second pixel of the first computer-readable code. A state of the second face encodes a second pixel of the second computer-readable code.

The present disclosure provides a reconstructable visual code. A visual code may be separated into a plurality of individual portions. The plurality of individual portions may be configured to transform between two or more states. In a first state, the plurality of individual portions may be spaced apart to form a non-functional visual code. In a second state, the plurality of individual portions may be moved relative to each other to form a functional visual code.

PLURALITY OF CODE PORTION OPTIONS OF A MULTI-PART CODE SYSTEM

A method includes obtaining, by a first computing device of a multi-part code system, a first portion of a multi-part code from a second computing device. The multi-part code is representative of an interaction between the first and second computing devices. The method further includes obtaining a plurality of multi-part code portion options. A multi-part code portion option of the plurality of multi-part code portion options includes an amount of interaction information. Each of the plurality of multi-part code portion options is generated to align with the first portion of the multi-part code. The method further includes performing an alignment function to align a desired amount of multi-part code portion options with the first portion to produce a multi-part code having a desired amount of interaction information and sending the multi-part code having the desired amount of interaction information to a network computing device to complete the interaction.
