Invisible acoustic safe
The present disclosure describes a system and method designed to protect the contents of a region or space within a facility (e.g., building, home, vehicle, outdoor space, etc.). The system is configured to identify an area to be protected (e.g., nightstand, medicine cabinet, safe), monitor surroundings, and manage and deploy response(s) to threats to the region or space under protection. The system may also be configured to provide incremental warnings, interventions, or countermeasures to deter people or animals from accessing the Protected Space.
Sensor-based detection of violation of premises rules and identification of maintenance demands
A processing system including at least one processor may monitor a condition of a premises during a time period via at least one sensor, where at least one user is permitted a use of the premises during the time period, detect a change in the condition of the premises during the time period via the at least one sensor, determine a violation of at least one rule relating to the use of the premises by the at least one user, wherein the violation is indicated by the change in the condition, and generate an alert of the violation of the at least one rule relating to the use of the premises by the at least one user.
Object detection apparatus and method
The present disclosure discloses an object detection method used in an object detection apparatus that includes the steps outlined below. An image signal received from an image sensor is detected to generate an image detection signal when an image variation is detected. An infrared signal received from an infrared sensor is detected to generate an infrared detection signal when an infrared energy variation is detected. A time counting process is initialized when the image detection signal is generated. An object detection signal is generated when the infrared detection signal is generated within a predetermined time period after the time counting process is initialized. A detection distance of the image sensor is larger than a detection distance of the infrared sensor.
MONITORING SYSTEM AND METHOD
A method of operating a monitoring system may include receiving details of an area to be monitored, and receiving one of a) position details of an asset moving within a field of view of the area to be monitored, or b) position details of a camera configured to monitor the area. The method may include determining one of c) a position of the camera responsive to receiving the position details of the asset moving within the field of view of the area; or d) a position of the asset moving within the field of view responsive to receiving the position details of the camera.
SURVEILLANCE DEVICE, SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM, AND SURVEILLANCE METHOD
A surveillance device of the present disclosure includes an image analysis server that generates an alarm when detecting an alarm generation target that has entered an intrusion detection area, based on a camera image captured by a camera. The image analysis server acquires the camera image (basic image) to set a fixed object area (basic area) corresponding to a fixed object included in the basic image, acquires a camera image (live image) to extract a fixed object area (reference area) corresponding to a fixed object included in the live image, calculates a deviation amount of an angle of view based on a result of a comparison in standard position between the basic area and the reference area, and generates a surveillance screen including an adjustment screen for guidance on an operation for cancelling the deviation amount of the angle of view to display the surveillance screen.
Method and system for monitoring portal to detect entry and exit
A video monitoring and analysis system detect subjects when they are entering and/or exiting from a room. The system enables a user to define a portal, such as doorway of the room. The system then monitors the movement of foreground objects in the room. Objects that appear only in the portal are classified as passing by the portal, e.g., doorway. Objects that initially appear in the portal and then are detected moving within the room are classified as having entered the room. Objects that are in the room and then disappear within the portal are classified as having exited the room. The system further has provisions for generating real-time alerts and performing forensic searches.
PROCESSING APPARATUS, PROCESSING METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY STORAGE MEDIUM
The present invention provides a processing system (20) including an image capturing unit (21) that captures an image of a person passing through a first area and generates a person image indicating an appearance of the person, an electromagnetic wave transmission/reception unit (22) that emits an electromagnetic wave having a wavelength of 30 micrometers or more and 1 meter or less toward the person passing through the first area, and receives a reflected wave, a determination unit (23) that determines whether the person possesses a pre-designated object, based on a signal of the received reflected wave, and a registration unit (24) that registers, in a first list, the person image of the person determined to possess the pre-designated object.
DIGITAL VIDEO ALARM ANALYTICS COMPUTER SYSTEM
A digital video alarm analytics computer system includes a digital video analytics server including a digital video analytics computer having non-transitory memory storing machine instructions that are executed by the digital video analytics computer. The machine instructions when executed by the computer implement the following functions: receiving a digital video clip associated with a region of interest; motion analyzing the digital video clip to detect a motion location of a motion within the region of interest; object analyzing the digital video clip to detect an object, an object type of the object and an object location of the object within the digital video clip in response to detecting the motion location within the region of interest; and transmitting an alarm event signal to an alarm server in response to determining the object type is associated with an alarm analytics tag and the object location intersecting the region of interest.
HYPERLINKED DIGITAL VIDEO ALARM ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT
A digital video alarm electronic document system includes an alarm monitoring server including an alarm monitoring computer having non-transitory memory configured to store machine instructions that are to be executed by the computer. The machine instructions when executed by the computer implement the following function: transmitting an electronic document including a digital video frame associated with a digital video alarm event. The digital video frame is selectable and associated with a digital video clip hyperlink configured to activate when the digital video frame is selected. The digital video clip hyperlink is associated with a digital video clip. The functions also include playing the digital video clip in response to an activation of the digital video clip hyperlink associated with the digital video clips via selection of the digital video frame.
DIGITAL VIDEO ALARM LOITERING MONITORING COMPUTER SYSTEM
A digital video alarm loitering monitoring system. The system includes a digital video analytics server including a digital video analytics computer having non-transitory memory configured to store machine instructions that are to be executed by the computer. The machine instructions when executed by the computer implement the following functions: obtaining a digital video snapshot from a digital video stream in response to detecting a loitering event indicator based on a potential loitering object; object analyzing the digital video snapshot to detect a detected object, a detected object type and a detected object location within the digital video snapshot; determining an active monitoring loitering object in response to the potential loitering object and the detected object; and repeating the obtaining, object analyzing and determining functions to determine a loitering condition.
