MONITOR FOR DYNAMIC DISPLAYING
The present invention provides a monitor for dynamic displaying. K cameras are connected with the monitor in order to display images recorded by the k cameras on a screen of the monitor. An “abnormality detection algorithm” is used for detecting abnormalities of the images recorded by the k cameras. Those images having abnormalities are displayed continuously on the screen, other images having no abnormality are not displayed, so that a security service personnel can watch those images having abnormalities on the screen to enable appropriate action quickly.
Integrative security system and method
A method for monitoring and securing a facility without employing a manned control center, according to which a server acquires surveillance data from each of a plurality of distributed surveillance devices deployed within or adjacent to a given security sensitive facility. Then the server receives an intrusion alert from a guard, or from one or more of the plurality of surveillance devices to initiate a triggering event, if the acquired surveillance data is indicative of activity that has been detected at an indicated location. A first guard is alerted and presented with a full situational awareness image to assess the severity of the detected activity and the triggering event is terminated if found by the first guard to be of a low severity, or an interception operation initiated by self-dispatching or dispatching one or more additional guards to a close by location that holds tactical advantage relative to the indicated location if the triggering event was found by the first guard to be of a high severity.
DETECTING A PRESENCE OF A TARGET IN A ROOM
Apparatus for detecting a presence of a target in a room is disclosed. The apparatus includes a motion-sensitive passive infrared (PIR) sensor, an imaging sensor, and a control unit. The PIR sensor is adapted to provide a motion signal, while the imaging sensor is adapted to generate at least a first image and a second image. The control unit is adapted to provide either a first signal or a second signal, depending on the strength of the motion and a comparison of the first and second images, where the first signal indicates a presence of the target and the second signal indicates an absence of the target. Also disclosed are a system for controlling lighting in a room, a method for detecting a presence of a target in a room, and a corresponding use of an apparatus for controlling lighting in a room.
PERSON-OF-INTEREST CENTRIC TIMELAPSE VIDEO WITH AI INPUT ON HOME SECURITY CAMERA TO PROTECT PRIVACY
An apparatus including an interface and a processor. The interface may be configured to receive pixel data generated by a capture device. The processor may be configured to generate video frames in response to the pixel data, perform computer vision operations on the video frames to detect objects, perform a classification of the objects detected based on characteristics of the objects, determine whether the classification of the objects corresponds to a user-defined event and a user-defined identity and generate encoded video frames from the video frames. The encoded video frames may comprise a first sample of the video frames selected at a first rate when the user-defined event is not detected and a second sample of the video frames selected at a second rate while the user-defined event is detected. The video frames comprising the user-defined identity without a second person may be excluded from the encoded video frames.
Smart door device
Smart Door device is a two-part single compact fully automated HD digital surveillance unit, comprising smart phone technology and tablet technology and complex computer sound, light and motion sensors. Speech technology Photographic technology, toxin and metal detector, GPS, alarms and LED scrolling display and intercom, all internal parts, a two part unit that's connected to each other through a hole in the upper center of the door, an intelligent identifying system that providing information and accurately answers questions by phone or at door.
Stationary target detection by exploiting changes in background model
Provided is a computer-implemented method for processing one or more video frames. The meth can include generating, by a processor, a change in value of one or more pixels obtained from the one or more video frames; classifying, by the processor, the change in value of the one or more pixels to produce one or more classes of the change in value of the one or more pixels, wherein the one or more classes include one or more of a stationary target, a moving target, a target insertion, a target removal, or a local change; and constructing, by the processor, a listing of detected targets based on the one or more classes.
CONFIGURABLE USER DETECTION SYSTEM
A first embodiment of the disclosure provides a system for detection of intrusion into a working space of a material testing device wherein visual user detection system uses digital image processing and filtering in order to identify user entry into the specimen test space. The visual user detection system has built-in redundancy for safety compliance and further can be used for data entry with respect to test data setup and configuration. A second embodiment of the disclosure uses a digital camera mounted on the frame of the material testing device, oriented toward a striped pattern on the top of the front base cover. The striped pattern is recognized by a vision algorithm which creates virtual boundary lines within the pattern. A detected intrusion, such as by a user body part, will be detected and the material testing machine put into a safe state.
SECURITY CAMERA SYSTEM
A monitoring system includes a first camera having a housing and an image sensor positioned in or on the housing and designed to detect image data corresponding to an environment of the first camera. The camera further includes a camera network access device positioned in the housing and designed to wirelessly transmit the image data. The camera further includes a local power source positioned in the housing, coupled to the image sensor and the camera network access device, and designed to store electrical power to be used by the image sensor and the camera network access device. The system also includes a hub having at least one hub network access device designed to wirelessly receive the image data from the camera network access device and to wirelessly transmit the image data to a cloud server.
TASK CIRCUMSTANCE PROCESSING DEVICE AND METHOD
A task circumstance processing system includes a processor that executes a process. The process includes: referencing a recognition information stored in a memory, the recognition information stores, for each of plural task processes in task definitions defining relationships between the plural task processes, recognition information for recognizing execution of each of the plural task processes, and extracting for each of the task processes a timing where the recognition information is expressed in observation data from observing circumstances of the task; and outputting a result of comparing a relationship between plural task processes that have been executed as identified by the extracted timings, against a relationship between plural task processes defined by the task definitions stored in the memory.
SIGNAL PROCESSING APPARATUS, IMAGING APPARATUS, AND SIGNAL PROCESSING METHOD
To reduce electric power required for signal processing.
In a signal processing apparatus for an imaging apparatus, a motion vector generator divides a frame of interest of frames formed of time-series RAW data that constitute video into macroblocks and generates motion vector information between a macroblock of the frame of interest and a macroblock of a reference frame, which corresponds to the macroblock of the frame of interest, the reference frame being a frame preceding the frame of interest. A determination unit makes, on the basis of the generated motion vector information, a determination as to whether or not the macroblock of the frame of interest is a target of development that is pre-processing in compressing and coding RAW data. A development unit develops a macroblock, which is determined as being the target of development, to generate a frame of interest after development. A composition unit copies and composites the developed macroblock of the reference frame based on the motion vector information to a position of a macroblock of the frame of interest after development, which is determined as not being the target of development.
