MONITORING APPARATUS AND MONITORING SYSTEM
To solve the above problem, a monitoring apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a communication unit for receiving an original image acquired by a camera; a storage unit for storing the original image; a screen unit for displaying the original image and a corrected image obtained by dewarping the original image; and a control unit for controlling operations of the communication unit, the storage unit, and the screen unit, wherein the screen unit displays an icon in a dewarping area of the original image where the corrected image is obtained by dewarping the original image, indicates that the dewarping area is selected when the icon located in the dewarping area is selected, and displays a polygon representing the selected dewarping area.
Power management module and method for managing power supply
A power management module for managing power supply from a power sourcing equipment item to an associated apparatus, which includes a connexion interface suitable for connecting the power management module to the associated apparatus for estimating a power that the power management module is able to supply via the connexion interface, negotiating, based on the power estimated by the means for estimating power, the start-up of the associated apparatus in a power class, the means for negotiating comprising means for supplying power via the connexion interface, determining an updated power that the power management module is able to supply, when power is supplied to the associated apparatus by said means for supplying power, and re-negotiating the start-up of the associated apparatus based on the determined updated power.
Surveillance camera
A dome type surveillance camera includes a base, a plurality of cameras, a first connecting section, a plurality of second connecting sections, a hemispherical cover fixed to the base, and a circular rail. The first connecting section is connected on the base and connected with one first camera out of the plurality of cameras. The second connecting sections are connected on the base and connected with each of a plurality of second cameras excluding the first camera out of the plurality of cameras. The cover is disposed to cover the first connecting section, the second connecting sections, and the plurality of cameras. The rail is provided on the base and of which a center is immediately below a top of the cover.
Formed body
A formed body includes a base material, an adhesive layer, and a cellulose acylate film. The base material is formed of a thermoplastic resin and is in the form of a transparent sheet. The adhesive layer bonds the base material and the cellulose acylate film. The cellulose acylate film has a thickness in a range of 15 m or more and 100 m or less, and is formed of cellulose acylate including an ester oligomer or a sugar ester derivative.
Video security system using a Siamese reconstruction convolutional neural network for pose-invariant face recognition
A computer-implemented method, system, and computer program product is provided for video security. The method includes monitoring an area with a camera. The method also includes capturing, by the camera, live video to provide a live video stream. The method additionally includes detecting and identifying, by a processor using a recognition neural network feeding into a Siamese reconstruction network, a user in the live video stream by employing one or more pose-invariant features. The method further includes controlling, by the processor, an operation of a processor-based machine to change a state of the processor-based machine, responsive to the identified user in the live video stream.
Rotation-adaptive video analytics camera and method
Various embodiments of the methods and systems disclosed herein may be used to provide a surveillance camera that generates native video image frames in the appropriate FOV (orientation) that corresponds to the orientation in which the surveillance camera is installed when the video image frames are captured. The surveillance cameras implemented in accordance with embodiments of the disclosure may facilitate installation that provides a desired FOV in a particular orientation, generate video image frames that natively correspond to the desired FOV, and allow user interaction and video analytics to be performed on the FOV-matched video image frames.
Monitoring device
An image monitoring system includes: a reference image generation unit generating a reference image serving as a reference image, based on an input image; a foreground extraction unit detecting, from the input image, a foreground region different from the reference image; a stationary region extraction unit extracting a stationary region from the foreground region; a feature quantity extraction unit extracting a feature quantity of the stationary region; a feature quantity recording unit recording feature quantities as a function of time; a stationary object detection unit clustering pixels, recorded feature quantities of which meet predetermined criteria, and detecting a stationary object; a left object determination unit determining whether the stationary object is a left object, based on a feature quantity of the stationary object and evaluation of the surrounding environment; and a left object management unit managing attributes of left objects, and issuing a report when a certain condition is met.
AISLE MARKER FOR A RETAIL STORE
An aisle marker for a retail store has an electronic display and a security camera contained within a housing. The aisle marker is mounted via a mounting apparatus. The electronic display is angled for proper viewing by patrons below. This device negates the need for multiple wires. Optionally, there can be added a public address system and a WiFi network.
SPHERICAL CAMERA
A spherical camera is disclosed. The camera includes an imaging unit. A base of the camera includes a track. A spherical housing includes a first housing part for containing the imaging unit. A second housing part includes a dove tail shaped to be slidably received within the track of the base. A loop is positionable around a periphery surface of the base, the loop being tightenable from a first position wherein the spherical housing is tiltable along the track to a second position wherein the spherical housing is locked in position.
Surveillance camera
A dome type surveillance camera includes a planar base, and a plurality of cameras. Each of the plurality of cameras is connected to the base to be movable along a circumference on the base. The plurality of cameras includes three or more cameras. Each of the plurality of cameras is rotatable in both right and left directions with an imaging direction. The imaging direction is an optical axis direction of each of the plurality of cameras as an axis such that a panoramic image formed by images captured by each of the plurality of cameras is continuous in a horizontal direction when the plurality of cameras are disposed so as to be equidistant to each other on a semicircular arc.
