IMAGE SURVEILLANCE AND REPORTING TECHNOLOGY
Image surveillance and reporting technology, in which an event that is indicative of potential physical activity within an area corresponding to a location of a camera unit is detected. In response to detection of the event, the camera unit is controlled to capture one or more images of the area corresponding to the location of the camera unit. The one or more images captured by the camera unit are analyzed to determine whether the one or more images include image data that is indicative of relevant physical activity within the area corresponding to the location of the camera unit. The one or more images are handled based on the determination of whether the one or more images include image data that is indicative of relevant physical activity within the area corresponding to the location of the camera unit.
Displaying event video on a device
A security device registered to a client device used by a user generates an event message and event video. A network-connected device or the client device determines, based on one or more of characteristics of the event message, event video, location of the client device, connection information of the client device, connection information of the security device, an area boundary, and a connection threshold whether to automatically populate the event video on the client device in full-screen or partial-screen view. Based on this determination, device command is generated controlling display of the event video on the client device.
Bridge device supporting alarm format
Disclosed is a bridge device supporting an alarm format, which transmits an event which occurs based on an image of a camera that photographs a monitoring area of an alarm panel in an alarm format according to an alarm format of an alarm panel transmitting alarm information in a predetermined alarm format when sensing by a sensor in the monitoring area in the alarm format and supports to interlock with the alarm panel while providing an image of the monitoring area where an event corresponding to the alarm information of the alarm panel.

Multicamera video alarm system for remote monitoring and method
A television based alarm system provides video streams from multiple cameras produced at a first location that is transmitted via a radio transmitter to a secondary location. Motion detector signals from a plurality of motion detectors at the first location are utilized to indicate when and which cameras are likely to see an intruder based on when and which motion detectors are tripped. In a first type of encoder/decoder, motion detectors are connected to LEDS for encoding and then decoded utilizing photo electric cells. In another encoder/decoder, motion detector signals are used to produce a digital word that is added to the video signal and then decoded as a digital word. An output device such as a printer can be used to print the motion detector number, date, and time print out and sound an alarm.
Electricity amount detection method and device, terminal and storage medium
Disclosed an electricity amount detection method and device, a terminal and a storage medium. The method includes that: Identity (ID) information of each function device called by an application is acquired according to ID information of the application; a power consumption parameter generated when each function device is called is correspondingly acquired according to the ID information of each function device called by the application; a power consumption parameter generated when the application is running is determined according to the power consumption parameter generated by each function device; and the power consumption parameter generated when the application is running is output as a power consumption index when the application is running.
Image processing system and image decoding apparatus
To provide an image processing system and an image decoding apparatus that can limit compression ratio decrease and image quality deterioration and efficiently reduce an information amount. An image processing system that compresses and transmits an input image signal including pixel values corresponding to respective pixels, including: a dynamic range compression unit configured to compress, by a predetermined coefficient, a dynamic range of each of the pixel values corresponding to a background region other than a region of interest (ROI) designated as a desired region for the pixel values in an image based on the input image signal, to generate a low dynamic range image signal; a coding compression unit configured to compress the low dynamic range image signal in accordance with a predetermined image coding scheme to generate compressed image data; and a bit stream transmitter configured to output a bit stream signal including ROI information, the predetermined coefficient and the compressed image data.
