PERSON TRACKING SYSTEM AND PERSON TRACKING METHOD
20170351906 · 2017-12-07 ·

In surveillance camera system 10, face detection is performed with Cam-A or Cam-F and in a case where there is a match with the face image of a specific person as a result of collation of face images, appearance feature information is transmitted from tracking client (30) to other Cam-B to Cam-E grouped in association with Cam-A or Cam-F. Upon detecting the appearance feature information, the other Cam-B to Cam-E transmit the person discovery information to a tracking client (30).

Integrative security system and method

A method for monitoring and securing a facility without employing a manned control center, according to which a server acquires surveillance data from each of a plurality of distributed surveillance devices deployed within or adjacent to a given security sensitive facility. Then the server receives an intrusion alert from a guard, or from one or more of the plurality of surveillance devices to initiate a triggering event, if the acquired surveillance data is indicative of activity that has been detected at an indicated location. A first guard is alerted and presented with a full situational awareness image to assess the severity of the detected activity and the triggering event is terminated if found by the first guard to be of a low severity, or an interception operation initiated by self-dispatching or dispatching one or more additional guards to a close by location that holds tactical advantage relative to the indicated location if the triggering event was found by the first guard to be of a high severity.

Cross-client sensor user interface in an integrated security network

An integrated system includes a system user interface (SUI) that provides an iconic, at-a-glance representation of integrated security system status. The SUI is for use across all client devices including mobile or cellular telephones, a mobile portal, a web portal, and a touchscreen device. The SUI includes a number of display elements presented across all types of client devices for monitoring status of the integrated security system. The display elements of the SUI include an orb icon, text summary, security button, device warnings, system warnings, interesting sensors, and quiet sensors. The SUI thus provides system status summary information agnostically across all clients. Additionally, the SUI provides consistent iconography, terminology, and display rules across all clients as well as consistent sensor and system detail across clients.

Embodiments include a front-end device collaboration method, applied to a security and protection system to reduce a delay of a collaborative operation. The security and protection system includes a plurality of front-end devices, and the plurality of front-end devices include a first front-end device and a second front-end device. The method includes: the first front-end device determines that a preset collaboration trigger event exists; and the first front-end device sends a collaboration instruction to the second front-end device, where the collaboration instruction is used to instruct the second front-end device to perform an operation corresponding to the collaboration instruction.

MANAGEMENT OF A SECURITY SYSTEM AT A PREMISES

A security system is described for managing a premises. The security system comprises security system components and a first controller. A takeover component receives security data of the security system from the first controller. The security data is used to configure a second controller to communicate with the security system. The second controller communicates with the security system components and replaces the first controller in management of the security system.

Rescue system and rescue method, and server used for rescue system and rescue method

A rescue system identifies and rescues a protection target, using information from a camera. The rescue system includes: a plurality of movable bodies each equipped with a camera; and a server configured to communicate with the plurality of movable bodies. The server is configured to (a) identify the protection target, using movable-body information from the plurality of movable bodies, and (b) provide a protector of the protection target with notification about positional information on the protection target, when the protection target is identified and a position where the protection target is detected is out of a predetermined range.

Dispatch-based responder camera activation

A method of automatic activation of a responder camera to begin capturing a video can be performed by a computing device. The computing device receives an indication of a location or an event. The computing device determines a geographic area associated with the location or event. The computing device receives a dispatch acknowledgement from a responder, where the dispatch acknowledgement indicates that the responder is at the geographic area or that the responder is en route to the geographic area. The computing device automatically sends a camera activation signal to a responder camera associated with the responder in response to receiving the dispatch acknowledgement from the responder. The responder camera is configured to begin capturing a video in response to receiving the camera activation signal.

Video monitoring and alarm verification technology

Video monitoring and alarm verification technology, in which a first connection is established between a first device and a camera located in a monitored property associated with a user of the first device and image data captured by the camera is received over the first connection and at the first device. A determination is made to establish a second connection with a second device that enables sharing of the received image data with the second device and, in response to the determination, the second connection is established between the first device and the second device. The received image data is shared with the second device over the second connection and the second device is restricted from directly accessing image data captured by the camera located in the monitored property.
