Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a storage device, for using a drone to monitor a community. The drone may include a processor and a storage device storing instructions that, when executed by the processor, cause the one or more processors to perform operations. The operations may include receiving an instruction to deploy based on a determination, by a community monitoring system that an event was detected at a property of the community, navigating towards the property along an initial navigation path, obtaining local monitoring system data from a local monitoring system of a property of the community, generating based on the local monitoring system data a navigational model that identifies a location of each of one or more surveillance objectives, determining an adjusted navigation path to a location of a surveillance objective of the one or more surveillance objectives, and navigating along the adjusted navigation path.

Community Dock Management System

A community dock safety system includes a plurality of voltage detectors is distributed about the community dock. Each voltage detector includes a voltage detector circuit that detects an electric voltage between a ground and at least one of the dock frame or the water. A master unit is responsive to each voltage detector status signal and controls a switch that disconnects the central power source from the electrical wire associated with each pedestal when the voltage detector status signal from at least one of the plurality of voltage detectors indicates that an electrical shock hazard has been detected. The master unit also includes a central wireless communication unit that communicates data received from the plurality of voltage detectors to a remote unit.

ACCESS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

An access management system includes a mobile device with a processor and a memory and a software platform including at least a processor and a memory. The software platform is configured to analyze data obtained from an access management device and other devices connected to the software platform. Other devices connected to the platform include robots, such as aerial robots, which are configured to detect motion and engage with an object connected to the motion detection. An enclosure is operable to house an aerial robot and provides for ease of addition of the aerial robot to a security or entry management system by providing an easily installable package. The enclosure provides the advantages of simple deployment and charging of aerial robots.

The invention relates to a luminaire network comprising a plurality of luminaires as well as a central unit, and comprising a central communication unit. A plurality of luminaires in the network comprises a communication unit configured to make it possible for the luminaires to communicate with each other and/or with the central communication unit, as well as a control unit configured to control the luminaire as well as the communication unit. The central unit comprises information about the location of the luminaires. A plurality of the luminaires in the luminaire network further comprise at least one sensor which can sense information relating to the environment of the luminaire, wherein the communication unit of said luminaires is configured to send messages relating to the sensed information to the central communication unit, and the central unit is configured to analyze the received messages and to output the results of the analysis.

Security apparatus and control method thereof

In some embodiments, a security device comprises a context information intake device, a sensor, and a controller. The controller is configured to activate the context information intake device when the sensor detects an activation event initiated by an object such that the context information intake device records context information associated with the object; and perform a context-aware cryptographic process to cryptographically authenticate the object using attribute-based access control based on the recorded context information associated with the object.

Forensic video recording with presence detection

At a high level, embodiments of the invention relate to augmenting video data with presence data derived from one or more proximity tags. More specifically, embodiments of the invention generate forensically authenticated recordings linking video imagery to the presence of specific objects in or near the recording. One embodiment of the invention includes video recording system comprising a camera, a wireless proximity tag reader, a storage memory and control circuitry operable to receive image data from the camera receive a proximity tag identifier identifying a proximity tag from the proximity tag reader, and store an encoded frame containing the image data and the proximity tag identity in the storage memory.

Group identification and monitoring

Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for group identification and monitoring. The methods, systems, and apparatus include actions of determining, using one or more first frames of a video sequence, that two people each of whom is depicted in at least one of the first frames satisfy a grouping criteria that indicates that the two people should be grouped for video analysis, determining, using one or more second frames of the video sequence at least some of which were captured after the one or more first frames and which depict at least one of the two people, that the two people satisfy a degrouping criteria that indicates that the two people should not be grouped for video analysis, determining that a physical distance between the two people violates a distance criteria, and providing an alert that the distance criteria is violated.

Door lock system with contact sensor

An intelligent door lock system is coupled to a door at a dwelling. A first sensor is at the dwelling. The first sensor is coupled to a drive shaft of a lock device to assist in locking and unlocking a lock of a lock device at a door. The lock device is coupled to the first sensor and the lock device includes a bolt. An engine, an energy source and a memory are coupled together. A magnetic sensor provides a reading or measurement used to determine a door open or closed status.

Audio/video electronic device

This disclosure describes, in part, an audio/video (A/V) device that includes a first camera for generating first image data and one or more second cameras for both motion detection and generating second image data. For instance, the A/V device may generate and then store the second image data in one or more buffers. The A/V device may then detect an event, such as possible motion of an object. Based on detecting the event, A/V device may cause the one or more second cameras to cease generating the second image data and cause the first camera to begin generating the first image data. The A/V device may then process the second image data and send the processed second image data to a computing system. Next, the A/V device may process the first image data and send the processed first image data to the computing system.
