SMART PHYSICAL CLOSURE IN SUPPLY CHAIN
A sensor tag for attachment to at least a portion of a tracked container is disclosed. The sensor tag comprises a wireless transceiver, a logistics sensor, a power source, and a breakable link. The wireless transceiver reports an electronic identifier for the sensor tag. The power source provides power to the sensor tag. The breakable link removably attaches to the container. Removal of the sensor tag from the tracked container is determined with data from the logistics sensor. The removal of the sensor tag is reported by the wireless transceiver away from the sensor tag.
Locking assembly that locks a cargo net to a pallet
A method and a locking assembly for locking a cargo net to a pallet for preventing access to cargo during transportation is disclosed. One example embodiment provides a locking assembly with an anchor, a retaining ring and a cable tie. The anchor includes a base member, a bolt, and a spring. The retaining ring locks to both the cargo net and the base member. The cable tie locks the bolt and the base member together and prevents the bolt from moving from the base member. Such that the anchor is prevented from being removed from the pallet without destroying the anchor or the pallet.
Tamper indicating seal
A system and method for detecting tampering with a seal is provided. A loop seal tamper indicating device includes a seal wire that may be passed through a secured item or container to form a loop with the free ends of the seal wire passing through a seal housing. A plunger body including an adhesive-filled cavity is inserted into the seal housing, such that a piston expresses the adhesive into the space between the seal housing and the plunger body. The adhesive may contain reflective particles and is cured to fix the particles and the adhesive in place. A reference image may be taken to record the unique identifier and reflective signature of the adhesive. Future validation images may be compared to the reference image to determine whether the reflective signature has changed, thus indicating that the seal has been tampered with.
ELECTRONIC LABEL WITH BURGLARPROOF FUNCTION FOR GOODS
The present invention relates to an electronic label with a burglarproof function for goods which includes a coupling structure having a ring form directly hung on a product and in which another coupling structure having the ring form is used in place of the coupling structure even when the coupling structure having the ring form is damaged.
Security medallion
A security medallion for a portable object may include a housing and a mechanical interface formed in the housing that may be configured to receive a laptop lock. The security medallion may also include a circuit board positioned within the housing that may be operable to provide electronic monitoring of the security medallion. The security medallion may further include a power source positioned within the housing and coupled to the circuit board, and an attachment member supported on the housing and having an adhesive configured to selectively bond to the portable object. The adhesive may be releasable from the portable object by application of a release means.
Tamper-evident seal for electricity meters
This invention is referred to a guarantee seal for non-opening electrical energy consumption meters with mechanical seal type padlock, disposable of a single use; for sealing or closing some container, box, door, cabinet, meter, valve, pump, bag, carrier bag, water tank, etc., meanly used for the electricity meters commonly used in countries of North America, Central and South America; whose purpose is protecting and controlling the electricity theft, guarantying its immobility. Such guarantee seal has a unique shape that fits exactly with the cavities of the meters and it gets in by pressure, therefore if the seal is located outside of such cavity its external manipulation is evident, furthermore, it has a lid, a base, a verification system by continuity and tag or RFID tag to ensure the integrity of such seal.
Systems and methods for facilitating logistics
A seal assembly for a container includes a locking assembly and a gateway. The locking assembly includes a body and an elongated cable. The elongated cable extends from a proximal end to a distal end. The proximal end is restrained by the body. The distal end is movable from an unlocked position spaced from the body to a locked position restrained by the body. The gateway is configured for selectively interlocking with the locking assembly. The gateway includes a power supply, a radio communication device, a sensor, and a processor electrically coupled therewith. The processor is configured to operate the radio communication device to transmit a first signal upon detection by the sensor of interlocking of the gateway with the locking assembly, and to transmit a second signal upon detection by the sensor that the elongated cable has been cut. Locking assemblies, gateways, devices and methods are also provided.
TAMPER RESISTANT CABLE LOCK
A cable lock and cable, the lock comprising a body adapted to secure at least one end of a cable therein, the body having a side, and a body opening in the body side and receiving another end of the cable. The lock also includes a boss on the body side, the boss being spaced apart from the body opening and having a cable passing there through.
Safety lock
A safety lock (100) comprising a transponder (1) and a shackle (2). The transponder (1) comprises an inlay (10) including an IC (13) and antenna coupling elements (14). The inlay (10) is arranged in a base member (8). The safety lock (100) further comprises a housing (6), wherein the base member (8) comprises a reduction zone (9) the mechanical strength of which is reduced compared to portions of the base member (8) next to said reduction zone (9). The reduction zone (9) is arranged under the IC (13) and/or the antenna coupling elements (14) of the inlay (10). The force striving the shackle (2) from the locked state to the open state is arranged to being transmitted to the reduction zone (9).
