Chromatographic methods for purification of proteins from plasma
The present invention relates to the field of chromatography. More closely, the invention relates to a chromatographic method for purification of plasmaproteins, such as Factor VIII, von Willebrand factor and Factor IX. The chromatographic method is performed on a matrix comprising an inner porous core and outer porous lid surrounding said core.

METHODS FOR ISOLATING UMBILICAL CORD BLOOD PLASMA PRODUCTS, TISSUE AND CELLULAR EXOSOMES, AND COMPOSITIONS AND METHODS OF USE THEREOF
Described herein are novel methods for fractionating and isolating platelets, platelet- and extracellular vesicle-derived growth factors, exosomes, globulins, fibrinogen and albumin, and methods of using the isolated platelets, platelet and extracellular vesicle-derived growth factors, exosomes, globulins, fibrinogen and albumin for regenerating tissue in a subject, treating fibrinogenemia or a clotting deficiency in a subject, treating ischemia and hypoxia, treating dry-eye syndrome, an orthopedic disorder, or a dental disorder in a subject. Also described herein are growth media for culturing mammalian (e g , human) cells.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ISOLATING ALPHA 2M MOLECULES
A method includes: depositing whole blood into at least one separator tube; subjecting the at least one separator tube to a first centrifugal force to cause a combination of the first centrifugal force and separator gel within each separator tube of the at least one separator tube to separate plasma of the whole blood from red and white blood cells of the whole blood within the at least one separator tube, wherein the plasma includes α2M molecules; transferring one or more portions of the plasma from within the at least one separator tube and into at least one isolator; and subjecting the at least one isolator to a second centrifugal force to cause a combination of the second centrifugal force and a filter within each isolator of the at least one isolator to isolate the α2M molecules from other components of the plasma within the at least one isolator.
TREATMENT OF COVID-19 LUNG INJURY USING UMBILICAL CORD PLASMA BASED COMPOSITIONS
Disclosed are means, methods and compositions of matter useful for treatment of lung inflammation associated with viral and bacterial infections, as well as with systemic inflammation, through administration of umbilical cord blood derived plasma-based compositions. In one embodiment the invention teaches administration of umbilical cord blood plasma together with pterostilbene, and/or sulforaphane, and/or thymoquinone, and/or Epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) and/or n-acetylcysteine in an aerosolized manner to patients suffering from COVID-19 associated pulmonary deficiencies. In another embodiment, umbilical cord blood plasma is administered with immune stimulatory agents in order to concurrently inhibit propagation of viral load in the lung while suppressing pulmonary deficiencies.
