Display device and method for fabricating the same
A display device includes: first and second substrates; adjacent first and second color filter layers between the first and second substrates and having a first color; adjacent third and fourth color filter layers between the first and second substrates and having a second color; first and second dummy color filter layers between the first color filter layer and the second color filter layer and having the first and second colors, respectively; a first column spacer between the first dummy color filter layer and the second substrate; and a second column spacer between the second dummy color filter layer and the second substrate. The first dummy color filter has a greater height than the second dummy color filter layer. A surface of the first dummy color filter layer facing the second substrate is larger than that of the second dummy color filter layer.
DISPLAY PANEL AND DISPLAY DEVICE
A display panel including a thin film transistor array substrate, a color filter substrate, a gold ball, a color resist bump, a first transparent electrode, and a second transparent electrode is provided. The first transparent electrode covers the color resist bump and is connected to the second transparent electrode at a top of the color resist bump. The display panel disclosed in the present invention improves stability of a common electrode signal by constructing a new electrode signal channel, and prevents a technical problem of horizontal crosstalk on the display panel.
Array substrate and display device
The present disclosure relates to an array substrate comprising a substrate body provided, on a perimeter edge thereof, with a sealant coating region to be coated with a sealant, and the sealant coating region comprises a first region provided with a metal trace structure, and further comprises a region provided with a metal structure, a difference between an area of the metal structure and that of the metal trace structure being smaller than a threshold.
Display device
According to one embodiment, a display device includes a first substrate, a second substrate opposed to the first substrate, and a liquid crystal layer provided between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first substrate includes a first signal line and a second signal line and being adjacent to each other in a first direction, a first scanning line and a second scanning line and being adjacent to each other in a second direction intersecting the first direction, a semiconductor layer connected to the first signal line and the first scanning line, a first transparent electrode in contact with the semiconductor layer, an organic insulating layer including a contact hole, and a second transparent electrode in contact with the first transparent electrode.
Substrate of display panel, manufacturing method therefor and display device
The present application discloses a substrate of a display panel, a manufacturing method therefor and a display device. The substrate of the display panel includes a substratum, a shading layer and a plurality of retaining walls with different heights, where the shading layer is located in a non-display area of the substratum, the retaining walls are arranged on the shading layer in a direction parallel to a sealant coating direction of the display panel, and the plurality of retaining walls are connected in a laminated manner.
DISPLAY PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
A display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The display panel includes a first substrate, a second substrate, and a liquid crystal layer; a carrier of the first substrate includes a plurality of carriers, a spacer layer of the second substrate includes a plurality of spacers, each carrier disposed corresponds to each spacer, wherein the carrier comprises a base and at least one sub-carrier disposed on the base. The present disclosure adopts different thickness of the carriers to form a step difference, thereby relieving surface pressure of the display panel and saving manufacturing cost.
ELECTRONIC DEVICE
An electronic device is provided. The electronic device includes a working region and a non-working region adjacent to the working region. The electronic device includes a first substrate, a first photo spacer, a second photo spacer, and a plurality of third photo spacers. The first photo spacer is disposed on the first substrate in the working region and has a first thickness. The second photo spacer is disposed on the first substrate in the non-working region and has a second thickness. The plurality of third photo spacers are disposed on the first substrate. The first photo spacer is disposed between two of the plurality of third photo spacers. At least one of the plurality of third photo spacers has a third thickness. The first thickness is different from the second thickness, and the third thickness is less than the first thickness.
Light Modulation Device
A light modulation device is disclosed herein. The light modulation device can properly maintain a cell gap by controlling the shape and arrangement of spacers and the like, and is applicable for various applications by effectively controlling omnidirectional light leakage in a black mode, while having excellent optical properties, including transmittance-variable characteristics and haze characteristics, and the like.
Display device
A display device includes a pixel portion in which a pixel electrode layer is arranged in a matrix, and an inverted staggered thin film transistor having a combination of at least two kinds of oxide semiconductor layers with different amounts of oxygen is provided corresponding to the pixel electrode layer. In the periphery of the pixel portion in this display device, a pad portion is provided to be electrically connected to a common electrode layer formed on a counter substrate through a conductive layer made of the same material as the pixel electrode layer. One objection of our invention to prevent a defect due to separation of a thin film in various kinds of display devices is realized, by providing a structure suitable for a pad portion provided in a display panel.
DISPLAY PANEL, PREPARING METHOD, AND DISPLAY DEVICE
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display panel, a preparing method, and a display device. The display panel includes: a color film substrate and an array substrate opposite to the color film substrate. The color film substrate includes: an opposite substrate, a color resistance layer on the opposite substrate and a plurality of support structures on a side, away from the opposite substrate, of the color resistance layer at intervals. The array substrate includes: a base substrate and a plurality of auxiliary structures on a side, facing the opposite substrate, of the base substrate at intervals. At least one auxiliary structure of the plurality of auxiliary structures correspondingly contacts with at least one support structure of the plurality of support structures.
