The photoreceptor realizes a stable print density even in a low-temperature environment by suppressing a reduction in print density that is caused by potential fluctuation of the photoreceptor in the low-temperature environment.
Electrophotographic photosensitive member, process cartridge, electrophotographic apparatus, and condensed polycyclic aromatic compound
To provide an electrophotographic photosensitive member which satisfies abrasion resistance and electrical properties and which is difficult to cause image deletion. A surface layer of the electrophotographic photosensitive member of this invention contains a polymerized product of a hole transporting compound having a polymerizable functional group, in which the hole transporting compound is at least one compound selected from the group consisting of: a compound consisting of one or more carbon atoms, one or more hydrogen atoms, and one or more halogen atoms; and a compound consisting of one or more carbon atoms, one or more hydrogen atoms, one or more oxygen atoms, and one or more halogen atoms.
ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC PHOTOCONDUCTOR, ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC PHOTOCONDUCTOR CARTRIDGE, AND IMAGE FORMATION DEVICE
The present invention provides a novel electrophotographic photoconductor having at least a photosensitive layer and a protective layer on a conductive support, the protective layer containing an electron donating compound and preferably further containing an electron transporting compound, the electrophotographic photoconductor having good electrical properties, especially residual potential properties, even when a compound having an electron transporting structure is contained in the protective layer.
POSITIVELY CHARGEABLE ELECTROPHOTOGRAPHIC PHOTORECEPTOR, PROCESS CARTRIDGE, AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A positively chargeable electrophotographic photoreceptor includes a single layer-type photosensitive layer that contains a hole transport material, an electron transport material, a charge generation material, and a binder resin, in which the binder resin contains a resin A having an elastic deformation rate of 53.0% or more and a resin B having an elastic deformation rate difference of 12% or more and 17% or less with respect to the resin A.
