SYSTEM FOR MONITORING MOVEMENT OF A PLURALITY OF CONTAINERS
20240296417 · 2024-09-05 ·

A system to monitor the movement of a plurality of containers including at least one terminal having a photographic device. Each container includes an identification code. The first terminal extracts and decodes the identification code of each container before sending the photograph of that container to a database. A flash connected to the photographic device is triggered during photographing of the container. A controller, including a microcontroller, controls the system and the database. At least one photograph is processed by a processing unit to identify the identification code of each container and to generate a list of the recognized identification codes. A display screen and a trigger to activate the photographing of the containers. The system triggers the photographing during the movement of the container support by a movement element.

TAG READER

20180255373 · 2018-09-06 · ·

A wireless sensor system includes a sensor tag configured to include a radio frequency tag and a communication device configured to wirelessly communicate with one or more sensor tags. Each of the sensor tags is configured to receive a measurement signal from one or more sensor circuits and stores identification information capable of being distinguished from other sensor tags. The communication device includes a transmission means configured to transmit a command signal to the one or more sensor tags and the command signal includes designation information for designating a sensor target serving as an object. Each of the sensor tags generates measurement data on the basis of the measurement signal if the designation information included in the command signal received from the communication device matches its own stored identification information and starts transmission of a response signal including the generated measurement data when a predetermined response start condition is satisfied.

RFID ISOLATION TUNNEL WITH DYNAMIC POWER INDEXING
20180165488 · 2018-06-14 ·

A read chamber device is disclosed for use within a radio frequency identification (RFID) scanning enclosure which provides a means of reading a plurality of cartons moving through the enclosure via a conveyor belt. The enclosure is positioned over a section of the conveyor belt, such that the plurality of cartons on the conveyor belt pass directly through the enclosure. The read chamber device is positioned centrally to the enclosure and projects a read zone via an antenna positioned in-line with the flow of the conveyor which allows the read chamber to read a large variety of inlays without changing the configuration settings of the device. The RFID scanning enclosure also utilizes dynamic power indexing (DPI) to combine parameter inputs to create a smarter reader that can anticipate changes. The reader is then manipulated in real-time to adapt to the needs of each carton and the tunnel scanning environment.
