DOOR LOCK AND DOOR SECURITY SYSTEM
Door locks, door locking and unlocking methods, and door security and communications devices are provided, and can include an exterior module mountable on an exterior surface of a door; an interior module mountable on an interior surface of a door; a deadbolt movable between an unlocked position allowing opening of the door from a closed state and a locked position preventing opening of the door from the closed state; a camera and/or a microphone provided on the exterior module; and a wireless communication device configured to communicate images from the camera and/or sound from the microphone to a smart phone or computer of an authorized user for remote observation of an area adjacent the exterior surface of the door.
Systems and methods for electronic monitoring and protection
An electronic monitoring and protection system which obtains permission from each of a plurality of users to access security data from one or more monitoring devices. The electronic monitoring and protection system using the security data to determine a threat level posed to a person to be protected, and initiating an action if the threat level exceeds a predetermined threshold.
SMART SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM AND SMART SURVEILLANCE CONTROL METHOD USING UAV
Provided is a smart surveillance system that includes one unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), a plurality of Internet of Things (IoT) terminals distributed in a surveillance area, and a plurality of base stations distributed in the surveillance area, wherein the UAV selects any IoT terminal from among the plurality of IoT terminals using deep learning auction training, receives surveillance data from the selected IoT terminal, and transmits the surveillance data to a data center through the Internet and any one base station among the plurality of base stations.
Solar panel efficiency and security monitoring device
A system for monitoring efficiency and security of a solar array includes a voltage-based monitoring circuit and a photoelectric sensor. The system detects a voltage across the solar array and compares the voltage to changes in light detected by the photoelectric sensor. In response to reduced light detected at the photoelectric sensor, the system generates a low-efficiency alarm. In response to reduced voltage while light detected by the photoelectric sensor remains constant, the system generates a security alarm signal. The system may also include a PIR sensor, an RFID reader, and a solar panel circuit including the solar panels of the solar array. In response to an infrared alarm at the PIR sensor, an unauthorized alarm at the RFID reader, and an open circuit alarm signal of the solar panel circuit, and the security alarm signal, the system may transmit a master alarm to a monitoring center.
Security camera system using power supply by electromagnetic induction scheme
A security camera system using a power supply by an electromagnetic induction scheme comprises; a CT core detachably installed on a power transmission and distribution line and producing electric power by the electromagnetic induction scheme and; a power transformer for transforming an AC power generated from the CT core to a DC voltage; a camera module for recording a security video using power supplied by the transformer; a wireless communication module for transmitting an audio and a video data captured by the camera module; and a stabilizer module for correcting the shake of a video when capturing a security video. The security camera system provided with the power supply device as a main power supply thereto generating an electric power by the electromagnetic induction scheme using the current flowing around the power distribution line saves time and cost related to power supply construction so that the productivity may be improved.
Transcoding in security camera applications
The disclosure is related to adaptive transcoding of video streams from a camera. A camera system includes a camera and a base station connected to each other in a first communication network, which can be a wireless network. When a user requests to view a video from the camera, the base station obtains a video stream from the camera, transcodes the video stream, based on one or more input parameters, to generate a transcoded video stream, and transmits the transcoded video stream to a user device. The base station can transcode the video stream locally, e.g., within the base station, or in a cloud network based on transcoding location factors. Further, the camera system can also determine whether to stream the video to the user directly from the base station or from the cloud network based on streaming location factors.
DIGITAL LOSS/ACCIDENT DEFENSE SYSTEM, METHOD, AND PROGRAM
Provided are a digital loss/accident defense system and method, and a program capable of preventing an act of theft and the like in advance by monitoring behavior of a suspicious person in real time in a surveillance target area such as a back facility. The digital loss/accident defense system (1000) comprises mobile terminal devices (30) a plurality of employees respectively carry with them throughout a surveillance target area such as a back facility, a face authentication function unit (111) that collates a face image of a person shot by a monitoring camera (11) with a face image of a suspicious person accumulated in a face information DB 160, and a control unit (110) that, in the case of a non-match with an authenticated person's face image or a match with a suspicious person's face image, transmits information regarding the suspicious person to a mobile terminal device (30) closest to the suspicious person based on acquired positional information of the mobile terminal devices (30).
COMMUNICATION APPARATUS AND CONTROL METHOD THEREOF, AND NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE STORAGE MEDIUM
A communication apparatus that accepts remote control from an external apparatus via wireless communication, the communication apparatus comprising a communication unit configured to communicate with the external apparatus, and a control unit configured to execute, in response to an operation request that the communication unit has received from the external apparatus, the request being performed through the remote control, a task corresponding to the operation, wherein the control unit sets a time interval relating to a timing at which communication with the external apparatus is performed, and controls the communication unit to perform communication with the external apparatus in compliance with the set time interval.
Surveillance system with intelligently interchangeable cameras
An embodiment of the invention provides a surveillance system with intelligently interchangeable cameras. The system includes multiple bases, each with a respective base identifier, and multiple cameras configured to learn the respective base identifiers while in proximity with a respective base. The cameras in the system are configured to employ a camera configuration corresponding with the respective learned base identifier. Each camera in the system employs the appropriate camera configuration for its placement in the system because each camera employs the camera configuration associated with the base identifier learned by the camera. This allows the cameras to be easily replaced, swapped, and moved throughout the surveillance system.
Systems and methods of person recognition in video streams
The various implementations described herein include systems and methods for recognizing persons in video streams. In one aspect, a method includes: obtaining images collected by video cameras in a smart home environment, each image including a detected person; for each image, obtaining first information that identifies an attribute of the detected person, the first information generated from analysis of the image; grouping the images into a first group of a plurality of groups based on the first information, each group of the plurality of groups representing a unique person; receiving a request to remove a first image from the first group; removing the first image from the first group; and disassociating the first information from the first group.
