Systems and methods for displaying and associating context images with zones of a security system
Systems and methods for displaying and associating context images with zones or devices of a security system or a home automation system are provided. Such systems and methods may include associating each of a plurality of zones or devices of the security system or the home automation system with a respective context image and displaying the respective context image for one of the plurality of zones or devices in response to a user interface of the security system or the home automation system receiving user input.
System and method providing early prediction and forecasting of false alarms by applying statistical inference models
A diagnostics and prediction system including a cloud system that continuously collects operating parameters from each of a number of environmental sensors and provides access to this data by a plurality of processing applications including (1) a predictive modeling system including (a) a health prediction system, (b) a sensor false alarm prediction system, (c) a zone false alarm prediction system and (d) a reporting system, (2) a system that diagnoses and predicts environmental hazardous areas and clusters areas based upon concentrations of CO in the site or building; and (3) a battery prediction system that predicts a battery life for the sensor.
Automatic profiling of video analytics applications
Methods and systems for deploying a video analytics system include determining one or more applications for a security system in an environment, including one or more constraints. Each functional module in a directed graph representation of one or more applications is profiled to generate one or more configurations for each functional module. The nodes of each graph representation represent functional modules of the respective application, and repeated module configurations are skipped. Resource usage for each of the one or more applications is estimated using the one or more configurations of each functional module and the one or more constraints. The one or more applications are deployed in the environment.
HYPERLINKED DIGITAL VIDEO ALARM ELECTRONIC DOCUMENT
A digital video alarm electronic document system includes an alarm monitoring server including an alarm monitoring computer having non-transitory memory configured to store machine instructions that are to be executed by the computer. The machine instructions when executed by the computer implement the following function: transmitting an electronic document including a digital video frame associated with a digital video alarm event. The digital video frame is selectable and associated with a digital video clip hyperlink configured to activate when the digital video frame is selected. The digital video clip hyperlink is associated with a digital video clip. The functions also include playing the digital video clip in response to an activation of the digital video clip hyperlink associated with the digital video clips via selection of the digital video frame.
Management of a security system at a premises
A security system is described for managing a premises. The security system comprises security system components and a first controller. A takeover component receives security data of the security system from the first controller. The security data is used to configure a second controller to communicate with the security system. The second controller communicates with the security system components and replaces the first controller in management of the security system.
Control system user interface
Embodiments include systems and methods comprising a gateway located at a premise forming at least one network on the premise that includes a plurality of premise devices. A sensor user interface (SUI) is coupled to the gateway and presented to a user via a remote device. The SUI includes at least one display element. The at least one display element includes a floor plan display that represents at least one floor of the premise. The floor plan display visually and separately indicates a location and a current state of each premise device of the plurality of premise devices.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MANAGING SECURITY EVENTS USING A GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE
Example implementations include a method, apparatus and computer-readable medium for managing security events via a graphical user interface (GUI), comprising receiving an indication of a first security event occurring in an environment, determining a priority value of the first security event, and creating a first identifier of the first security event, wherein the first identifier is a visual icon of a given shape. The implementations further include assigning a size and color to the first identifier of the first security event based on the priority value and generating, for display on the GUI, the first identifier of the first security event, wherein the GUI is configured to display identifiers of one or more security events in a selectable layout of a plurality of selectable layouts, wherein selection of the first identifier generates a panel of selectable actions that can be executed to address the first security event.
NON-TRANSITORY COMPUTER-READABLE RECORDING MEDIUM AND DISPLAY METHOD
Provided is a non-transitory computer-readable recording medium storing a display program of a screen used to check videos captured by cameras, the display program causing a computer to execute a process, the process including analyzing the videos to identify a time period in which a target subject is captured in the videos, acquiring a reference position to be a reference for tracking the target subject, referring to a storage unit that stores information about respective positions in which the cameras are installed, and displaying display fields, which correspond to the cameras, respectively, in order of distances between each of the cameras and the reference position, each of the display fields displaying information about the time period in which the target subject is captured in a video from a corresponding one of the cameras.
System and method for displaying moving objects on terrain map
The invention refers to the area of data visualization on the terrain map, and more specifically to the analysis of video data received from cameras linked to an interactive terrain map for subsequent display in real time of all objects moving in the frame on the mentioned terrain map. A system for displaying the moving objects on the interactive terrain map comprising multiple video cameras, an object tracker, data processing and storage device that has a graphical user interface (GUI). GUI comprising a display unit, a unit for setting the interactive map, a unit for setting the video camera viewing angle. The data processing and storage device is configured to receive the video data from the video cameras, as well as metadata of all moving objects from the object tracker, analyze the received video data and object metadata, display the real image moving object in real time on an interactive map at location on the map where this object is currently moving. The image location on the map and the image of the moving object itself change in real time based on the video data and metadata of the moving object. The interactive map displays all moving objects that fall within the field of vision of any of the video cameras linked to the map, for which the user has preset the viewing angle.
