Chronological activity monitoring and review
A computer-implemented method for monitoring activity at a location, provides receiving a first data signal and a second data signal, wherein the first and second data signals are related to activities detected at a location, and reproducing the first and second data signals in a chronology that indicates relative timing of receipt of the first and second data signals via a user interface. This may accelerate review and inspection of multiple data signals recorded over time, including data signals of various types. The coincidence of patterns in the data signals may be detected and brought to the user's attention for closer review, such as via transmission of a message or transmission of a segment of recorded data.
Systems and methods for categorizing motion events
The various embodiments described herein include methods, devices, and systems for categorizing motion events. In one aspect, a method is performed at a camera device. The method includes: (1) capturing a plurality of video frames via the image sensor, the plurality of video frames corresponding to a scene in a field of view of the camera; (2) sending the video frames to the remote server system in real-time; (3) while sending the video frames to the remote server system in real-time: (a) determining that motion has occurred within the scene; (b) in response to determining that motion has occurred within the scene, characterizing the motion as a motion event; and (c) generating motion event metadata for the motion event; and (4) sending the generated motion event metadata to the remote server system concurrently with the video frames.
MULTIMEDIA PLAYING SYSTEM FOR AUTOMATICALLY NOTIFYING ABNORMAL SITUATIONS AND INFORMATION PROCESSING METHOD OF THE SAME
A multimedia playing system for automatically notifying abnormal situations has a TV dongle and a network security camera connected to the TV dongle through network. The TV dongle has an email processing server module. The network security camera has an email transmitting module. When the network security camera detects an abnormal situation, an event message is transmitted to the email processing server module. The email processing server module accordingly generates a command. According to the command, the TV dongle transmits a control signal to control a digital TV to immediately display the abnormal situation. Therefore, the multimedia playing system automatically informs a user of the occurrence of the normal situation.
MOBILE SURVEILLANCE APPARATUS, PROGRAM, AND CONTROL METHOD
Provided is a technique for enhancing operability of a mobile apparatus. An information processing apparatus (2000) includes a first processing unit (2020), a second processing unit (2040), and a control unit (2060). The first processing unit (2020) generates information indicating an event detection position in accordance with a position on a surveillance image set in a first operation. The first operation is an operation with respect to the surveillance image displayed on a display screen. The second processing unit (2040) performs a display change process with respect to the surveillance image or a window including the surveillance image. The control unit (2060) causes any one of the first processing unit (2020) and the second processing unit (2040) to process the first operation on the basis of a second operation.
IMAGE PROCESSING APPARATUS, IMAGE PROCESSING METHOD, AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM
An image processing apparatus (40) according to the present disclosure includes a display unit (42) and a control unit (41) configured to control the display unit (42) to display a sensing data image indicating sensing data of an optical fiber and a camera image of a camera (50) which photographs an area in which a predetermined event is detected by the sensing data.
Ensuring Security on the Fueling Forecourt
In one aspect, data characterizing a video feed acquired by a camera oriented toward and including a field of view of a forecourt of a fueling station can be received. The video feed can be monitored for hazards, and the monitoring of the video feed can include performing automatic hazard detection on the video feed using at least one predictive model that predicts a presence of a hazard within the forecourt of the fueling station. A command can be transmitted in response to the detecting of the presence of the hazard within the forecourt of the fueling station. Related apparatus, systems, methods, techniques, and articles are also described.
COMMUNICATION METHOD BETWEEN A SELF-DRIVING VEHICLE AND A LOCKING SYSTEM, AND SELF-DRIVING VEHICLE
A communication method between a self-driving transportation vehicle and a locking system, wherein: a control command is transmitted to the locking system to unlock an entrance; the entrance secured by the locking system is opened so the transportation vehicle is able to pass the entrance or is able to set down or pick up items behind the entrance; the locking system and/or the transportation vehicle includes at least one sensor system for detecting an environment to detect persons or potentially intruding objects in the environment of the entrance; in response to a potentially intruding person or a potentially intruding object being detected, the entrance is not unlocked or an already-unlocked entrance is locked again. Also disclosed is a self-driving transportation vehicle.
System and method for real-time multi-person threat tracking and re-identification
A system and method of at using all CCTV cameras simultaneously to find any person of interest in real time and alert security to their location. The person of interest may be manually selected by the user or automatically by computer software and algorithms. In a preferred embodiment, security officers or threat detection system users (i.e., security team) confirms they want to track perpetrator or people in a video feed scene. The user would select these person(s) of interest whereby the system is triggered to begin tracking the person(s) of interest. The system will then present the feeds of the location of the person of interest is located in, in order to allow the security team to track and catch the person(s) of interest.
CHECKOUT APPARATUS AND NUMBER-OF-COMMODITIES CHECK METHOD
According to one embodiment, a checkout apparatus includes an interface and a processor. The interface is configured to acquire images from a camera positioned to image an interior opening of a basket. The processor is configured to count the total number of items removed from the basket during a registration of items in a sales transaction based on a detection of the items being removed from the basket in the acquired images from the camera, and then compare the number of items registered in the sales transaction to the total number of items removed from the basket to determine if an unregistered item remains.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS TO AUTOMATICALLY PERFORM ACTIONS BASED ON MEDIA CONTENT
Systems and methods are provided for automatically performing an action based on video content. One example method includes receiving, at a first computing device, a video and determining, with a content determination engine, content of the video. An action to perform at the first computing device and/or at a second computing device is generated, based on the content of the video. If the action is to be performed at the second computing device, the action is transmitted to the second computing device. The action is performed at the respective first and/or second computing device.
