The present invention relates to an oral pharmaceutical composition comprising a combined herb extract of Longanae Arillus, Ligustici Tenuissimi Rhizoma and Polygalae radix, the present inventors demonstrated that the anti-inflammatory/anti-rheumatic effects of inventive combined composition is potent by accomplishing in vitro experiments such as the inhibitory test on the expression of cytokines involved in inflammation (RPLPO, TSLP, GM-CSF and IL-1beta) (Experimental Example 1); Cell viability test on HT-29 and THP-1 cell (in vitro Experimental Example 2); Anti-inflammatory activity in THP-1 cell (in vitro, Experimental Example 3); inhibitory effect on autophagy activity (in vitro, Experimental Example 4.) as well as in vivo experiments such as inhibitory effect on arthritis sing by arthritis-induced rat animal model (in vivo, Experimental Example 5), therefore, it is confirmed that inventive combined extract is very useful in the alleviation or treatment of inflammatory disease and arthritis disease as a form of oral pharmaceutical composition.

PREPARATION METHOD OF KAIXINSAN POWDER
The present disclosure provides a preparation method of a Kaixinsan powder, including the following steps: pulverizing Radix Polygalae, Rhizoma Acori Graminei, ginseng, and Poria into a fine powder separately; and mixing each fine powder evenly in sequence according to a backing register method to obtain the Kaixinsan powder; where in the Kaixinsan powder, the fine powders each are required to pass through an 80-mesh sieve, and at least 95 wt% of each of the fine powders passes through a 100-mesh sieve. In the present disclosure, the fine powder of each medicinal material is capable of being mixed evenly, and has desirable dissolution effect and stability; and the Kaixinsan powder meets requirements for traditional Chinese medicine powders stipulated in Chinese Pharmacopoeia 2020 edition.

In parts by weight, the traditional Chinese medicine composition is made from 1-20 parts of Gastrodiae Rhizoma, 1-15 parts of Polygala tenuifolia Willd., 1-30 parts of Acorus tatarinowii, 0.1-10 parts of Cistanche deserticola Ma, 0.1-10 parts of Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata, and 0.01-1 parts of curcumin. The pharmacodynamic substances of Gastrodiae Rhizoma, Polygala tenuifolia Willd., Acorus tatarinowii, Cistanche deserticola Ma and Rehmanniae Radix Praeparata are extracted completely, concentrated and dried as much as possible. The volatile oil of Acorus tatarinowii and curcumin are encapsulated and dried by the volatile oil encapsulation technology. The dry powder of the traditional Chinese medicine compound extract is evenly mixed with the volatile oil encapsulation compound.
