Also provided herein are methods of using the compositions in reducing the risk of developing or reducing the progression of a disease (e.g., cancer, oral disease, neurological disease, or painful condition). Compositions of the present invention may be administered to a subject with an addiction, e.g., a betel quid addiction, areca nut addiction, and/or nicotine addiction.
