A display panel and a display device are provided. The display panel includes: a first substrate, including a plurality of pixel units, each pixel unit including a plurality of sub-pixels with different colors; a second substrate, disposed opposite to the first substrate; and a light splitting film, configured to decompose white light incident thereon into a plurality of monochromatic lights which respectively correspond to the plurality of sub-pixels of each pixel unit in color and respectively project the plurality of monochromatic lights onto the plurality of sub-pixels of each pixel unit.
LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY MODULE AND METHOD FOR FABRICATING THE SAME, DISPLAY DEVICE
A liquid crystal display module, a method for fabricating the same, and a display device are disclosed. The liquid crystal display module includes a liquid crystal display panel and a backlight module. The liquid crystal display panel and the backlight module are fixed by an adhesive which is applied on an outer surface of at least a side. The disclosure provides for firmly adhering the liquid crystal display panel and the backlight module. By controlling the thickness of adhesive, it is possible to decrease the bezel width of the liquid crystal display module.
DISPLAY DEVICE
The disclosure provides a display device including a substrate, two adjacent scan lines, two adjacent data lines and an opening. Two adjacent scan lines extending along a first direction. Two adjacent scan lines and two disposed adjacent data lines are disposed on the substrate. The pixel is defined by the two adjacent scan lines and the two adjacent data lines. The opening is corresponding to the pixel, and an edge of the opening is adjacent to an edge of one of the two adjacent scan lines. A distance between the edge of the opening and the edge of the one of the two adjacent scan lines is from 1 micrometer to 2 micrometers, and the distance is along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. The display device of the disclosed embodiment may improve the contrast ration of the display device.

A display assembly includes: a frame; a liquid crystal panel installed in the frame; a glass diffusion plate attached to a light incident surface of the liquid crystal panel; and a film structure including one or more optical films and attached between the liquid crystal panel and the glass diffusion plate, wherein a light incident surface of the film structure faces the glass diffusion plate, a light exiting surface of the film structure faces the light incident surface of the liquid crystal panel, and the liquid crystal panel, the glass diffusion plate, and the film structure are attached together to form an integrated structure.
Liquid crystal display device
A liquid crystal display device includes: a liquid crystal panel; an illuminating device; and a light control member that is disposed on a light emission side of the liquid crystal panel. The light control member diffuses light that is emitted from the liquid crystal panel in an anisotropic manner in a first azimuth angle direction viewed from a normal direction of the liquid crystal panel to control an emission direction of the light. A pixel includes a first region in which a director of liquid crystal molecules is in a first direction, and a second region in which the director of the liquid crystal molecules is in a second orientation opposite to the first orientation in the first direction. A second azimuth angle direction in which light-diffusibility of the light control member is relatively strong, and the first direction approximately match each other.
Display device containing multiple optical conversion layers
A display device includes a first base substrate, a second base substrate, pixels, a first polarizer, and a second polarizer. The first base substrate includes light transmitting areas and a light blocking area surrounding each of the light transmitting areas. The pixels respectively overlap the light transmitting areas. The first and second polarizers are spaced apart from each other such that the pixels are disposed therebetween. At least one of the first and second polarizers includes a plurality of optical conversion layers, each of which comprises a plurality of lattice wires.

The first light source unit emits a first white color light having a first white color coordinate by mixing the first light and the second light and the second light source unit emits a second white color light having a second white color coordinate by mixing the third light and the fourth light. The first and second white color coordinates belong to different white color coordinate areas.

A display device having a curved display surface is provided and includes a front plate, a plurality of display panels each of which is boned to the front plate; a plurality of light guide plates disposed facing the respective display panels; a plurality of light sources configured to cause light to be incident on the light guide plates; and a light diffusion film between the display panels and the light guide plates, wherein the light diffusion film faces the respective display panels and the respective light guide plates.
