Composition for Treating Diarrhea
Disclosed in the present invention is a composition for treating diarrhea, comprising the following components calculated by weight ratio: Colocasia esculenta and antidiarrheal foods. The composition of the present invention has low cost, available raw materials, is safe and non-toxic, and is suitable for industrial production. The antidiarrheal effect of the product is remarkable. The rehabilitation time for the common diarrhea is 24-48 hours, and for the diarrhea caused by rotavirus is 48-72 hours, and the rehabilitation time is shortened by 2.5 days on average. The effective rate for persistent diarrhea within 5 days is 90.16%. For diarrhea of infants with milk protein allergy during the addition of supplementary feeding, six to eight kinds of foods can be added in one month, and thus the composition is especially suitable for infants and young children.

AGENT FOR PREVENTING OR AMELIORATING ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE
The purpose of the present invention is to provide an agent for preventing or ameliorating Alzheimer's disease, said agent being able to effectively suppress the accumulation of amyloid β proteins using a safe material, which has been used in foods for many years, and improve spontaneous alternation behavior change ratio. Ceramides (in particular, a glucosylceramide originating in Amorphophallus konjac) can effectively suppress the accumulation of amyloid β proteins and thus enables the prevention or amelioration of Alzheimers disease.
SKIN CARE FORMULATION
The present disclosure provides a skin care formulation, which includes silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) and/or silver microparticles (AgMPs), vitamin E, glycerin, hyaluronic acid or a salt thereof, and water. METHODS FOR SUPPORTING WEIGHT LOSS AND WEIGHT LOSS MAINTENANCE BY ADMINISTRATION OF AQUATIC PLANTS AND/OR AUTOLOGOUS MICROBIOME SAMPLES
The disclosure relates to methods of treating obesity, abdominal obesity, dyslipidemia, pre-diabetes, or diabetes, or any related disorders thereto; and preventing or attenuating weight gain, including the regain of weight after weight loss, or alleviating or slowing the onset of weight related symptoms and/or disorders. Furthermore, the disclosure teaches methods of administering compositions comprising one or more aquatic plants to shift/optimize the gut microbiome of a patient in need. Additionally, the disclosure provides methods of enhancing the probability of maintaining weight loss and its associated health benefits by sampling a patient's gut microbiome during a period of optimal weight, generally from weight loss, and administering autologous or allogenic microbiota to the patient or to a second patient in order to maintain the weight loss and/or to further prevent or attenuate weight regain.
