A display device includes a pixel electrode, a signal line, a pixel electrode, and a blocking portion. The signal line is configured to transmit a signal to the pixel electrode. The pixel electrode connecting line is disposed a predefined distance apart from the signal line and connected to the pixel electrode. The blocking portion is disposed between a connecting portion of the pixel electrode connected to the pixel electrode connecting line and the signal line to block an electric field between the connection portion and the signal line.

In some embodiments, an array substrate motherboard and a fabricating method thereof are provided. The method includes: providing a substrate including multiple gate lines, gate driving leads, data lines, and data driving leads, each gate line corresponds to one gate driving lead, each data line corresponds to one data driving lead; forming multiple gate line testing leads, each gate line testing lead is connected with a gate driving lead; forming multiple data line testing leads, each data line testing lead is connected with a subset of the multiple data driving leads; forming multiple gate line testing pads, each gate line testing pad is connected with a gate line testing lead; forming multiple data line testing pads, each data line testing pad is connected with two data line testing leads; and using the gate line testing pads and gate line testing pads to test the gate lines and data lines.

A display panel, a display device and a method for repairing a disconnected line. The display panel comprises a lower substrate and a repair circuit. The lower substrate comprises data lines. The repair circuit comprises a proximal repair circuit, a distal repair circuit and an amplifier circuit. An input terminal of the amplifier circuit is electrically connect to a signal input terminal of a disconnected data line, and an output terminal of the amplifier circuit is electrically connect to a terminal of the proximal repair circuit and a terminal of the distal repair circuit respectively; another terminal of the proximal repair circuit is connect to a terminal of the disconnected data line that is close to the signal input terminal, and another terminal of the distal repair circuit is connect to a terminal of the disconnected data line that is away from the signal input terminal.

An array substrate, a method for manufacturing the array substrate, and a display device are provided. The array substrate includes a base, and a common electrode trace pattern and a connection portion pattern arranged on the base. The common electrode trace pattern is arranged in the same layer as the data line pattern, and includes a plurality of sets of row common electrode traces, each set of the row common electrode traces is arranged between two adjacent rows of pixels and is connected by connection portions in the connection portion pattern, each row common electrode trace is located in an idle region between two adjacent data lines, and the idle region is aligned with thin film transistors between two adjacent rows of pixels in a column direction.

A display device comprises: a control unit; a display panel, including a display area and a wiring area; a plurality of gate driving chips, located in the wiring area, and coupled to a plurality of scan lines; a plurality of source driving chips, located in the wiring area, and coupled to a plurality of data lines; at least one repair module, located in the wiring area of the display panel, the repair module including: a plurality of operational amplifiers; a repair line, connected to the control unit and the operational amplifiers, wherein there is an overlap region in the repair lines, the scan lines, and the data lines; wherein, the control unit is coupled to the gate driving chip and the source driving chip, and provides a repair signal, and the repair signal is amplified by the operational amplifiers and transmitted through the repair line.

Provided is a display apparatus capable of narrowing a bezel of a display panel, easily repairing disconnections in data signal lines, and improving yield. The display apparatus comprises a plurality of TFTs; first source lines SL1a and SL1b arranged in parallel to each other in a row direction; second source lines SL2x and SL2y arranged in parallel to each other in a column direction at one end part of a display panel in the column direction and overlapping with the first source lines SL1a and SL1b; protruding portion 30a provided at the second source line SL2x; and protruding portion 31a provided at the second source line SL2y.

The present disclosure discloses an array substrate, a display device and a fault repair method for an array substrate, and belongs to the field of display technology. The array substrate includes a pixel array, a gate driver array including a plurality of gate driver units and configured to output drive signals to pixels in the pixel array, and a repair line overlapping with and insulated from the gate driver units, wherein the repair line is configured to be coupled to the failed gate driver unit and transmits a repair signal to cause the failed gate driver unit to output a normal drive signal, when any gate driver unit fails. The added repair line can realize the function of repairing when the gate driver unit fails, and improve the production efficiency of the array substrate.

The array substrate includes a plurality of scan lines, a plurality of data lines intersecting with the plurality of scan lines to as to define a plurality of pixel areas; a plurality of auxiliary segments, and each scan line and/or each data line respectively corresponding to at least a auxiliary segment, the scan line and/or data line and the corresponding auxiliary segment forming capacitive coupling to reduce signal delay on the scan line and/or data line. As such, the signal delay on the scan line and/or data line is reduced, and the charging rate and display effect are improved.
