Valve core connection structure and stop valve set of valve assembly
A valve core connection structure of a valve assembly comprising: a body, two stop valve sets, two limitation structures, and two locking sleeves. The body includes a holder, a cold-water inflow connector, a hot-water inflow connector, a first outflow connector, a second outflow connector, a cold-water inflow seat, and a hot-water inflow seat. Each stop valve set includes a valve core, a limiting loop, a defining structure, and a locating structure. Each limitation structure is defined between a peripheral fence of each second accommodation cavity and the limiting loop so that the limiting loop is retained on the peripheral fence of each second accommodation cavity, thus limiting rotation of the limiting loop. Each locking sleeve is screwed on the cold-water inflow seat and the hot-water inflow seat so that the limiting loop and the valve core are limited in each second accommodation cavity.
Faucets
A mixer valve (1) comprises a body (5) extending in a first direction between a front end and a rear end. The body (5) defines a volume (5a); a thermostatic cartridge (15) is received in the volume (5a), and a diaphragm valve (21) is received in the volume (5a) between the thermostatic cartridge (15) and the rear end of the body (5). The diaphragm valve (21) is operable in response to actuation of a push operated control member (23) to control flow of water from the mixer valve (1).
Mixer valve provided with pressure balancer
A mixer valve of hot and cold water is described, for sanitary fixtures, provided with a pressure balancer of the inlet flows of cold water and hot water. If need be, the valve can also be provided with a temperature regulator and/or a multi-way diverter. The pressure balancer comprises a cylindrical element in which two inlet chambers of cold water and hot water are defined and separated by a movable plunger. When a pressure variation occurs in one of the two inlet flows, the plunger moves correspondingly thus modifying the volume of one of the two chambers, in order to compensate the pressure variation not transmitted to the flows sent to the downstream mixer cartridge. The pressure balancer is coaxial to the other valve components. Advantageously, the movable plunger slides along the longitudinal axis of the valve.
METERED DISPENSE POT FILLER
A pot filler including a metered dispense input device for dispensing of predetermined volumes of water. The pot filler illustratively includes an electrically operable valve operably coupled to a metered dispense input unit, and a control module configured to control operation of the electrically operable valve.
Thermostat mixing valve
Thermostatic mixing valve for sanitary fittings, with a top piece, in which a cone is disposed to be axially movable via a rotatably mounted spindle, and a passage sleeve with windows for the supply of hot and cold water, in which a carriage preloaded via a spring and joined to a thermoelement provided with a control piston is axially movable, wherein the supply of hot and cold water through the windows can be regulated in dependence on the movement of the carriage, wherein the cone (5) comprises a bushing (51), which at its underside turned away from the spindle (2) is closed via a bottom and in which a conical piston (53) is disposed to be axially movable and is preloaded via a spring (54) in the direction of the bottom, wherein a coupling duct is disposed in the bottom in axially aligned manner with the conical piston (53) and which at the same time is axially aligned with the control piston (81) of the thermoelement, and into which the conical piston (53) and/or the control piston (81) of the thermoelement (8) can be moved, and wherein, in an upper position of the carriage (7) (hot-water position), the control piston (81) bears on the conical piston (53) and the bottom is spaced apart from the carriage (7) and, in a lower position of the carriage (7) (cold-water position), the control piston (81) is spaced apart from the conical piston (53) and the bottom rests on the carriage (7).
THERMOSTATIC VALVE
A thermostatic valve includes a valve body formed by die casting. The valve body includes: a valve main body forming a valve cavity; a plurality of connection tube portions; and installation base portions adjacent to the connection tube portions. Each of the connection tube portions includes a straight tube section connected to the valve main body. A reinforcement member is provided between the straight tube section of the connection tube portion and the installation base portion adjacent to the connection tube portion. The valve body is formed by die casting, and respective parts of the valve body can be processed according to actual size requirements with no redundant material, thereby realizing a light weight of the thermostatic valve. Providing the reinforcement member satisfies a strength requirement when using die casting.
Heating and hot water supply apparatus and control method thereof
The disclosure provides a heating and hot water supply apparatus which includes a heating circulation path configured to circulate a heated heating medium with a heating terminal, and a bypass path branched from the heating circulation path for causing the heating medium to flow therethrough without passing through the heating terminal. A hot water supply heat exchanger is disposed in the bypass path. A division ratio of the heating medium from the heating circulation path to the bypass path is controlled by a distribution valve. The division ratio is increased from a first value to a second value when a reservation preheat control is started during the heating operation according to a start reservation time of hot water supply operation reserved by a timer, and set to a third value greater than the second value during a simultaneous operation of the hot water supply and the heating operation.
Mixing unit and mixer tap comprising such a mixing unit
The mixing unit for a mixer tap has a generally cylindrical shape defining a main axis and comprising a first intake of a first incoming stream of fluid having a first temperature, a second intake of a second incoming stream of fluid having a second temperature greater than the first temperature, an outlet for an outgoing stream, means for mixing the first and second incoming streams to form the outgoing stream, and thermostatic means which comprise a portion that is mobile in translation along a shutter axis. According to the invention, a plane that is orthogonal to the main axis and the shutter axis intersect, wherein the shutter axis is inclined with respect to this orthogonal plane, and passes through it so that the mixing unit, while being easy to manufacture, has sufficient compactness to accommodate most existing mixer taps.
FITTING DEVICE AND RETROFITTING METHOD
A fitting device for delivering mixed water, comprising a first inflow line for feeding hot water and a second inflow line for cold water, wherein the first and second inflow lines lead into a mixing chamber for mixing cold and hot water, wherein provision is made of a first shut-off device for controlling and/or for shutting off the flow from the first inflow line into the mixing chamber, wherein the first shut-off device has a temperature-sensitive element to control the flow from the first inflow line in a manner dependent on the temperature, wherein the second inflow line has an inflow to the mixing chamber that is formed independently of the first shut-off device, wherein the mixing chamber has an outlet line for the outflow of the mixed water, wherein provision is made of a temperature-setting device for setting the temperature of the mixed water.
